This is a self contained and is the residential part of a barn conversion. It consists of 2 bedrooms upstairs. One with a super king size bed. The other with 2 single beds. Downstairs there is a study/single bedroom, a large sitting room, large kitchen and bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. The indoor swimming pool is across a courtyard and is 10x5m. Guests are welcome to use the garden.There are free range hens, ducks and peacocks. Private parking. No smoking. EV charger available at cost of £0.55kWh.

The Annexe

The Annexe is a self contained property directly opposite our family home. All fixtures and fittings have been thoughtfully planned to ensure you have a comfortable stay. There is one large double bedroom with a luxurious king size bed, an open plan living area with a smart TV, log burner for cozy nights and electric heating. The bathroom has a large walk in electric shower. The property is suitable for up to two adults (not suitable for children/toddler’s due to the large pond nearby).

Our houseboat is a unique experience Nestled in the heart of the city centre at Liverpool Marina Yacht Club . My apartment is contemporary, compact and very comfortable. The property is situated in Blundellsands which is quiet and leafy. Adjacent to Liverpool to Southport railway line it's a 7 minute walk to train station (Liverpool in 20 mins, Southport in 25 mins). Gormley's Iron Men and beach 10 min walk, 3 min drive. Plenty of good bars, eateries, shops and supermarket nearby. High chair and travel cot on request. Garden shared with our super friendly Springer Spaniel.
