Pet-friendly vacation rentals in Waterloo

Our daughter graduated from UNI with her Masters this last weekend and we had family come in from out of town. We were all able to stay at the house together under one roof which was perfect for us! Super easy check-in which is always nice! The house was perfectly described- so conveniently located to the UNI campus and downtown where there are all sorts of great restaurants! The house is beautifully decorated and they made great use of the space. The downstairs is a great place for all ages to hang out, play games and/or just relax. The kitchen had everything we needed - plenty of room to meet in the mornings have breakfast to start our day. The deck off the kitchen is a nice added bonus space as well which had a grill to use too. The beds/linens were comfy which was nice after a long day. I would highly recommend Austin’s place to stay for week/weekend with family/friends! Thanks!

We enjoyed our stay and when we are back in the area we are hoping to stay again in the future! They even let us use their grill which was a plus for us. We felt right at home while in the area for work.

Never had to say, I wish I'd brought that, seemed to have everything we needed and was a relaxing place, very nice back yard with fire pit, fence nice and secure allowing us to feel comfortable letting the dogs run around.

This was a great place and felt like home. It was very clean and had all the modern amenities you would need for an extended stay, which I did. It’s about half a mile to the great restaurants and bars on beautiful Main Street downtown Cedar Falls. Bed was comfy and the den was perfect for watching some March Madness. The kitchen had top of the line appliances, which made cooking meals a breeze. I’d stay here again next time I’m back in the Cedar Valley.

This home was perfect for my family and our friends that came to visit. We spent alot of time in the backyard around the fire pit. It was very relaxing after the busy graduation festivities. The kids had so much fun playing games and watching movies. If we need an Air BnB again in Waterloo we will definitely check on this one first!!! Thank you so much Austin & Holly!!

This house is fantastic - one of the best-maintained places I’ve stayed in. Everything was spotless, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. The location was perfect, and it made for an easy, relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

This was a great deal for the price, we were in town for a soccer tournament, just needed a place to sleep. The room itself was very clean and bright. the hallway of the building had a funky smell and the hallway carpet needed cleaned. but your typical apartment bldg. It was really easy getting the key fob and staff was helpful with showing how to lock the door. which turned out was very clear in the instructions but I just hadn't read the whole thing, my bad. Overall a great stay, would stay again.

Clean, quiet and the bed was very comfortable. A perfect spot for a quick visit.

I would definitely have the say the photos and description of the place is very accurate! The place may be micro but it was a great place to stay. It was everything I needed plus some. The building residents were super friendly, my living space was comfortable, and Denice was very easy to communicate with!!

Great place to stay with a family. We put the little ones with parent in basement apartment. It was nice to have all the bathrooms and the laundry.

The blue house was a fabulous find, a true oasis! We had to remind ourselves we were in the middle of town! We truly enjoyed the getaway from the festivities of wartburg graduation, which we were in town for. It provided the perfect balance. We were able to have sweet time together as a family, enjoying a nice dinner in the spacious kitchen & dining room, evening entertainment in the retro arcade, and a relaxing nightcap in the hot tub! There was even a quiet morning to sit out on the deck with coffee and the wildlife. We enjoyed reading about the history of the home, quite a labor of love, and even got to meet the infamous cat. Thank you Judy for a great time of making memories as a family as we send off our graduate into the world!

Was a great space for me and my family to get together for my daughter's graduation. They had games, TV and even allowed us to use their grill. Overall a good weekend.

Loved it and will definitely be back!
