Our cozy guesthouse offers the best of 2 worlds. You are in a lovely quiet place in the middle of nature with a view of meadows and forest. If you're lucky you'll be face to face with a cow from the house. But you are also only 15 minutes away from the lively capital Amsterdam. The guesthouse is very private at the back of our site at a good distance from our typical Dutch farmhouse. We live here with our 2 kids and our 2 dogs (who walk around freely). Peace & quiet, relaxation, plenty to do!

By bus, you can reach Noord station (A'dam) within 15 minutes and Central Station within 20 minutes. The cow market in the center of Purmerend can be reached within fifteen minutes by bike.

The studio is located in the garden of a beautiful modern houseboat (which can sometimes also be booked during the summer holidays, if you're lucky!) on the other side of the Broekervaart and borders the meadows. The studio is accessible by its own private cable ferry. Free parking is available directly on the dike opposite the plot.

You have your own entrance with a garden. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, A/C, kitchen, washer/dryer make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. There is a jetty at 20 meters distance l where your boat can be located.

There is a large bathroom and the accommodation has a bedroom with two double beds, suitable for 4 adults. High-speed internet is available. Monnickendam has a good connection. Amsterdam is only 15 km away from the house.

You will stay in a converted haystack in the middle of our yard of our organic farm. In the stables, cows are still being milked, the sheep are walking in the meadow, and the horses and pigs are looking over the fence. And yet you can reach the heart of Amsterdam within half an hour by public transport!
