Our lovingly restored and converted stone barn. Our aim is for guests to experience a historic and traditional Irish country home, while enjoying the comforts of modern living. We have SKYTV, DVD and WIFI but we can also offer the peace and quiet of the rural Irish countyside. Three double bedrooms compliment a spacious open plan ground floor. With its own grounds and parking, this stone property is on the edge of three counties and perfect for exploring the ancient south east and its coast.

Self Catering This 300 yr old Thatched Cottage has been restored and has some of the original features like the original fire place , original floors and old style furniture, we tried to maintain as much of an authentic old time atmosphere as possible whilst also providing for comfort and pleasure. Some of the rooms are small . The road outside the cottage can be busy at times you will need to take care going out of the driveway the traffic mirror will help you out .

The house is located in the centre of the multi award winning Georgian village of Stradbally very close to the Waterford’s Greenway and along the Copper Coast. "Hogans Cottage" is a 300 year old traditional style, converted stone barn, near our historic old farmhouse "Somers' Fort ". It retains many original features such as the original old natural slated roof, old timber beams, traditional natural slate floors, exposed original stone walls etc. etc.. It is very quiet and peaceful, on a small working tillage farm. Originally the building was the cowhouse where the cows were sheltered and fed for the winter months.

Beautifully restored cottage located on a working farm in peaceful Kilkenny countryside between Mullinavat, Piltown and Mooncoin. We are within 30 minutes drive of Waterford, Kilkenny and Clonmel. Fantastic views and long quite walks are promised. A stones throw from the beautiful Curraghmore estate, Comeragh mountains with the spectacular Mahon Falls and Coumshingaun Lake and Slievenamon. The Deise Greenway and Copper Coast beaches are easily accessed nearby.
