Beautiful View Cozy Aframe in Burnsville

KimRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The A-frame Bella Vista has a Marvelous and stunning view, and precisely as owner, Alicia, describes as a ‘Million’ dollar view. This cute space is a must see, stay, and enjoy inside and out! I fully recommend a stay for more than a night or two. Easy to find, drive is steep, but manageable, beautiful deck, yard, great parking, and extremely close to town with wonderful shops, coffee, quaint restaurants, and easy driving to the main highway, gas, groceries, driving through and among the mountains, with many places to visit. Many local artisans. This special place offers a comfortable and peaceful place to rest, relax, and feel rejuvenated and blessed all at the same time. Alicia was extremely quick to help with texts and communication, even going out of the way to make sure everything was ready and willing to go the extra mile. The washer and dryer were extremely convenient, along with the all amenities. The deck is a special places for coffee, meals, reading and more.

Cottage at Mulberry

TomRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
The cottage was cozy and comfortable. It's in a quiet neighborhood, with private parking just outside the cottage. The owner, Micah, has given a lot of thought to the details to make a stay pleasant -- electrical outlets in the right places, full range of utensils, well-appointed kitchen and bathroom, excellent heating and cooling, comfortable bedding, etc., I had everything I needed right at hand. I was on a fishing trip, and the cottage had plenty of room to handle my gear, which I appreciated. Grocery and restaurants nearby. Most of all, I found this a great place for relaxing after a long day on the stream. Micah is very responsive, answered my few questions promptly, she's nice and very accomodating. I recommend the cottage highly.

Great peaceful place to stay. We had an absolute blast while we were there. It is absolutely beautiful. Lance was a great host and made you feel right at home. You would never even know he was there if he hadn’t come out and met you the place is absolutely beautiful if you’re looking for a peaceful place to stay, you can’t go wrong staying here. It is beautiful. Words can’t describe how beautiful it was there and what was even more amazing two jets flew right over where we were staying at at a very low altitude. I meant words can’t describe when you see that and also the wildlife was everywhere. A deer walked up within 20 feet of us. We loved our stay and we were going back in October.

Pvt Mtn View Cabin w/ Private Heated Pool and Spa

BlairRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This was our 2nd time staying. It gets better every time. The pool was new this year and what a great addition. Wish it would have been a little warmer while we were there but my niece still enjoyed it. The place itself is gorgeous and the view is mesmerizing!!! It is stocked with everything you could possibly need from games to kitchen needs. They even leave a thoughtful basket of goodies for the guests. The hot tub is the best relaxation and the couch is big and comfy to watch a good movie. Even checkout is simple and easy here. Austin is always nice and helpful with quick responses and is always a pleasure to stay with. The surrounding families at the bottom of the hill are so sweet, waving as you come and go. Really makes you feel at home! If you are looking for the perfect place to get away, hit the book button!!! Not one thing will disappoint! Can’t wait until we can have another Momma and girls get away here. ♥️

Stunning View & Long, Cozy & Serene, huge Jacuzzi

EstherRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Simon and Julia are super helpful and kind. The place was just as expected, kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean - and beautiful views. You can hear the neighbors pretty clear upstairs - but you can’t do much about that - plus it was disclosed in the listing. So overall I give 5 stars to Julia and Simon because THEY were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING - super responsive, I will definitely be returning ❤️ p.s. my bro forgot his wallet in the bnb after we checked out and there was absolutely no issue going back to find it - they are a delightful couple.

Grandfather Views | Hot Tub | Near Trails & Towns

DanielRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
Gorgeous view of grandfather mountain! The space was cute and tidy and the backyard space was by far the highlight! Loved the fire pit area and the lounge chairs where you could just lay under trees and watch the mountain. The bathroom was small for 2 people and the shower grout looked a little dirty. Other than that the stay was great and the location is awesome! We loved mountain dog coffee which is only ~5 minutes away!

If I was someone on the fence about staying here, I would absolutely stay here! It was beautiful, very clean, well taken care of and very relaxing! It was the best way to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and we will certainly be back! The price was very reasonable for 2 nights in a beautiful relaxing cabin too! We were able to bring our puppy which made it even better! Firefly cabin is a must stay!

Boaz Brook Farm Guest House

FaithRating, 5 stars1 week ago
The home was much larger than I anticipated and is very private for a guest house. The sound of the creek was amazing and so was the rain on the roof. We made use of the kitchen which was well equipped. The property hiking trail is steep, but enjoyable. There are a some trees down due to Helene, but it was pretty nonetheless. The pigs and chickens were a delight and a good highlight to the stay. Over all very peaceful and relaxing. Also: The host was very helpful when there was a road closure, he directed us to an alternative route to town.

A beautiful location, right on the Watauga river. A very peaceful and serene environment. My family and I loved staying here and my 3 yr old son especially loved seeing the geese and playing in the river. The house is older construction, but very charming. It has been updated beautifully for modern day comfort. The host was very accommodating. The hot tub was very clean and very relaxing. We would love to stay here again.

CrystalRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Marilyn’s place is so magical! Everything was absolutely perfect! The loft was spotless, felt cozy and every detail carefully thought out. We enjoyed local hiking, the Virginia Creeper Trail, local restaurants and spent lots of time hanging out on the farm petting the animals, relaxing on the covered porch and watching wildlife. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook your meals, just bring your groceries because the closest grocery store is about 20 mins away. The king bed was so comfortable, we slept great every night we were there. Marilyn is very friendly and accommodating and reaching her when needed was easy. We will definitely be back!
