Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Wat Ket

I really enjoyed staying in this cosy apartment in central Chiang Mai. It was exactly as described, clean, modern and comfortable, and in an excellent central location. Nubkhun is an excellent host and was extremely helpful with very detailed instructions on the check in procedures, the apartment facilities and lots of useful local knowledge and great advice on where to go and what to see. Highlight of the trip for me was the amazing night bazar/market (Anusarn Market) on Changklan Road just a 5 minute walk from the apartment. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who is visiting Chiang Mai and I would not hesitate to book it again on my next trip to CM.

This was a last minute stay for me, and I have absolutely no regrets. Not only was the location perfect, and beautiful on the inside but the hot was extremely communicative and helpful.

We stayed for a month and really enjoyed our time here. Great location near night markets with lots of restaurants, 7-11’s, supermarkets etc nearby and just 20 minute walk to old town. Condo was bright, clean and tidy and bed was firm but comfortable. Shower was excellent. Rooftop pool is nice but can get busy and not many chairs but we usually managed to get one and sometimes two later in the day. We found the condo to be super quiet with no noise and the outside security staff were always very polite and friendly. Host was very responsive the few times we needed assistance. Our only complaint is the couch which was very uncomfortable. This wouldn’t be an issue if staying a week or two but for longer stays this could be a problem. We definitely recommend the Astra Condo building as a location in Chiang Mai.

Siriporn was a gracious and friendly host. The condo, washing machine, pool, and fitness facility were perfect for our month-long stay. The condo is centrally located to a number of walkable attractions—night market, Sunday Night Market, Old City, and the flower market. The condo complex is secure and modern—with a coffee shop on the first floor. A large grocery store is only a 10 minute walk. Plenty of taxis and Tuk-Tuks available. The AC and TVs are excellent.

Perfect airbnb, could not have asked for anything better. The apartment has a coffee shop downstairs and opposite the street, 7-11 walking distance, lots of food vendors at night, 5-20 minutes taxi from most popular destinations costing about USD $3 on average each ride. I prioritised a quiet, modern, safe apartment and comfortable stay and that's what I got. I will stay here again if I come to Chiang Mai. 5 stars.

My wife and I had a wonderful 100 night stay. Location is great, dozens of restaurants within walking distance. Two grocery stores within walking distance. Natasa is a super host. She is always quick to respond to questions or requests. She helped us line up cars and drivers when we needed them. She's always around and responsive.

Cindy made my stay at her place very comfortable. I booked this place last min from the airport and it was late in the day. Cindy responded quickly. Provided with instructions how to get into her condo and stayed awake on the phone until I got inside and settled in. The location is literally a 2 min walk from the night market, there is a bank right next door to exchange your money, lots of massage places and restaurants. The only thing that was down side was the lighting in the building very dark same with the unit kinda hard to get ready and do your makeup in such bad lighting. For the price and location definitely worth its. Also Cindy was awesome with sending recommendations on things to do and keeping in touch the entire time to be of help. Would Definitely recommend!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The house was spotlessly clean and had everything I needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. It's located in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after a day out. If you have a car, the place is not far from the main attractions, which made getting around really easy. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, always ready to assist if I had any questions. One highlight was the air conditioning — it worked perfectly and kept the whole place cool and comfortable. I truly enjoyed my time here and will certainly choose this house again for my next trip. Highly recommended!

We loved this home so much we extended our stay! It was perfect for our family with young children as it’s in a quiet and safe neighborhood with a lovely playground. The owner provided everything we needed and was there when we checked in to show us the house. We all loved it and hope to stay again someday!

This place was extremely clean and well organized. The host are very nice and responsive. Anytime I had a question they always responded quickly and were very helpful with whatever we needed. The area is very quiet and relaxing, and the price is well worth it. The place has all the supplies you will need. The people are very friendly and I really enjoyed my time here.

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was very private, spotless, and I woke up every morning to the sound of birds, which was such a peaceful experience. I'm already thinking about coming back to Chiang Mai, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

The house was exactly like the pictures. It has 3 large en-suite bedrooms, all beautiful. It was very spacious, quiet and private. There was access to a pool and a gym, usually we were the only people there. There is 24 hour security at the gate, and the guards were very polite and friendly. Bill sent us a list of local amenities that was helpful. We hired a scooter for the duration of our stay, although the grabs are reasonably priced to get into the old town. There was a Thai restaurant and some local bars that we walked to. Overall we would recommend this accommodation and we would certainly come back if we were in the area again.

The house itself is small, and there is no garden. The owner is very helpful, responds immediately. A very polite person. It was a pleasure to communicate with him.

Biw, did all he could to make our stay comfortable. We stayed here two weeks. He connected us with a friend to get a car rental. Got us The house had basic supplies ready in great quantity (tissues, papertowels, toilet paper, coffee,water etc.) Our Family (3kids) were pretty bummed to find out the community pool was closed during our stay(April '25). Double check its back online. Biw did get our family a small pool for the driveway we used for our time there..... Thanks! The neighborhood is very friendly. Our kids played outside alot and we borrowed a scale and babysat dogs from a few of the residents. Our kids wanted to take several of the neighbors adorable dogs home with us. :) Thanks Biw.
