Apartments with a pleasant view of greenery and the river. All necessities for cooking and laundry are available. Clean bed linens and towels of good quality. There's a large clean swimming pool on the property. The construction nearby is barely audible, cicadas are much louder. Only annoying thing is the noise from the refrigerator. Overall, I enjoyed everything and recommend it.

Our stay at Astra Stay River was fantastic! The apartment was spotless, and it had everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated the drinking water dispenser, which made our stay much more convenient compared to carrying water bottles. While the building isn’t directly in the Old Town and the neighborhood is not very touristy, the walk to Old Town is manageable, and taxis are affordable. Overall, a great place to stay!

The room is away from the main road, so you can have a quiet rest. If you call Bolt, he will come within 5 minutes, and you can go anywhere in the city within 80 baht. And you can get Grab delivery in no time. There are no pests by sealing the front door gap additionally. There was no problem using the elevator and the amazing rooftop pool, At this price, it's practically the best place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is brand new, very clean, and well-maintained — everything looks fresh and thoughtfully prepared. It’s clear that the host takes great care of the place. A big thank you to the host as well — she was always available, kind, and ready to help with anything we needed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Although the apartment is on the 4th floor, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. We especially loved the charming view from the window — a small family of goats grazing just outside, and a beautiful Russian Orthodox church in the background. It felt very special and unique. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, with a cozy atmosphere and great hospitality. Highly recommended!

The place was super clean and nice. The location was also great since it was few minutes away from Central mall.

This Airbnb is located in a fancy, luxury apartment complex and comes with all the necessary amenities. It feels more like a hotel than an apartment. The lobby area features a vehicle rental desk, a tours and travel desk (where you can book day tour packages), and a cute coffee spot. The host is very responsive. However, the apartment complex has a somewhat deserted feel, we barely saw anyone around.

We enjoyed our one month stay so much, we wish we could’ve stayed longer. We will definitely return next time we’re in chiang mai. The apartment had everything you need, the building and area felt very safe, loved the gym and pool, great location, we could park our motorbike. Kate was lovely and clear and quick communication. The cleaning included is such a bonus. If you are coming to Chiang Mai, stay here! :)

Perfect airbnb, could not have asked for anything better. The apartment has a coffee shop downstairs and opposite the street, 7-11 walking distance, lots of food vendors at night, 5-20 minutes taxi from most popular destinations costing about USD $3 on average each ride. I prioritised a quiet, modern, safe apartment and comfortable stay and that's what I got. I will stay here again if I come to Chiang Mai. 5 stars.

The apt is clean and neat. It feels like home. Everything you need is all in the house. The Netflix is already logged in for me to enjoy. But it can’t watch at the last day, it’s ok. The carpark is spacious. Parking space is wide enough, the building is newly built and everything is smart devices. The gym is not big but enough to use, steam is well functioning but not sauna. I didn’t have time to enjoy the swimming pool since the weather a bit windy. But the pool looks cool and surely chill!! Overall, it is well recommended to solo travellers. The place is convenient, nearby is 7-11 and KFC. I will definitely visit Chiang Mai again and book this stay again!!

Great apartment in Nimman. We had the best stay at Chonlana's studio apartment. Great space with everything you need. The bed was soooo comfortable!!! Great shower too! Safe area with pool and gym. Walking distance to the hub of Nimman. Nimman district is a fab area full of life, colour, crafts, fashion and cafes. Chonlana was awesome to communicate with. So easy and efficient. Even the security guard greeted you with a big smile every day. Highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Chiang Mai! Excellent value!

The seven rooms of the villa are in a variety of styles, but they are filled with a rich East Asian cultural flavor.In the room, the Chinese calligraphy pen is overwhelming, the Japanese print strokes are delicate, the Thai carved Buddha statue is full of charm, the owner carefully searched all kinds of treasures, each adding a unique artistic charm to the room.The wooden main structure of the villa has been baptized over the years, but it is still well maintained, with many noble and elegant, exquisite, and every piece is a rare art treasure.It is no exaggeration to say that it is more of a family museum or an art gallery, and the reputation of "luxury villas" is true. We were very pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The house had 2 levels and a garden and that made us feel very at home. De host is very friendly. The location of the house was almost perfect for us. Close to the city (10 min with motorbike) and quiet!! Def recommend!

The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was nice and big in a quiet location. We enjoyed our stay. The only down side was the pool was quite farther away than we expected.

Supansa is a great host and replies to messages very quickly. We had an issue with the hot water not being enough to fill the bathtub and she promptly had the water tank replaced. The location may not work for some but it was perfect for us while we looked for a long term rental in Hang Dong close to the international schools. Thank you!
