The apartment was renovated and newly furnished after the last rental. In the village there is a bakery and a butcher, as well as a restaurant and also a gas station. Pets are allowed upon request. Distance to Würzburg 20 min. Distance to Schweinfurt 10 minutes. Distance to Kreuzberg/Wasserkuppe 40-45 min.

The property has its own house entrance only accessible to you. The double bed (1.40 m) and the pull-out sofa bed (1.30 x 2m) offer sleeping places for 3 persons in the 18 sqm bedroom. The 13 sqm dining kitchen allows preparation and consumption of breakfast and other meals. The bathroom includes a bath, shower, toilet and sink. Enjoy summer evenings and sunsets on your sun terrace equipped with table and chairs.
