Stayed with my husband and 14 year old daughter. Loved being so close to the Oregon District. Loved the original charm with the expansive floor plan. Incredible value for the space and location. Host’s instructions were super clear. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

The patriot suite was great for my family of 4 . With two small children we felt right at home. The kids played baseball in the backyard. The area is quiet and the neighborhood is nice. TVs in every room . The shower was amazing. The beds felt like we were sleeping on clouds. The washer and dryer worked great. And the dishwasher was a plus. Everything was easy to find . Josh is an amazing host with excellent communication skills . Our stay Exceeded our expectations. We have already booked another one of his units and he’s has a great selection of them . We know we’re in good hands booking with Josh !

What a charming apartment located in an equally charming town . Had dinner across the street and dessert right below ! Many things to do around town and a great little trailhead right by .

Cute little loft that we enjoyed for our one night stay. Very friendly and responsive and short drive to Olde Schoolhouse Winery which is why we visited the area. Thanks for sharing your Airbnb. Would recommend.

We are repeat guests of James & Debbie's. It's aways been a great place for us to stay. Accomodations and communication with the hosts have always been teriffic! Already looking forward to our next stay!

A very, very pretty apartment! The bed was comfortable, so was the couch, the shower was good and the kitchen was well-equipped. The hosts were very responsive - I had an urgent issue come up after 9 pm on a Saturday night. He was there in around 15 minutes and stayed till he resolved the issue.

The Studio was a wonderful place for us to rest up with our dog after a long day driving. The surrounding farmlands were remarkably pretty, it was a real treat to enjoy the outside area. Dog was happy as could be to have the fenced in space to run off-leash. Indoors was just as described, nicely furnished, very clean, and generously stocked with snacks and supplies. Also had the pleasure to chat with Chuck a bit while outside with our dog in the morning. Great hosts and a perfect rental! If another roadtrip brings us through the area, we will absolutely plan to stay here again. Thank you!

I've stayed at Creek Cottage three times at the time of this review. Every time I have been pleased with my choice. The home is inviting, clean, met every need, and has special touches to make your stay more enjoyable. Any contact has been responded to promptly and with kindness. I can confidently suggest their home to anyone in need of a place to stay.

A good stay for our needs in the area!

Amazing place to stay, cute area and close to a grocery store. A few things that we forgot to grab that were not supplied was paper towels and not enough toilet paper was supplied. The place was very clean and looked just like the photos. The widows in the kitchen didn’t have curtains that would completely cover the back windows so there wasn’t much privacy in there at night. Host were very responsive and accommodating, I will definitely be back in the near future.

An excellent Airbnb, host was super friendly and responsive. Lots of room and wonderful decor. Would stay here again 100% Basic amenities were all provided, bathroom was well stocked and there was even a bit of food and drink. Plenty of parking on street.

We had a great stay. Very clean, and comfortable. It was ideal for 4 grandparents in town for our granddaughter's graduation. We felt right at home and we'll definitely keep this place in mind anytime we come to visit the family.

Stayed for a wedding and my birthday weekend. The house was very clean, exactly like the pictures and the neighborhood was quiet. Tyrone was very pleasant to communicate with, 10/10 experience would definitely would stay again and recommend.

Overall, we had a very nice stay. The place was super clean, felt homey, the sheets and towels were great. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and having meals outside, as it was a nice quiet neighborhood. Very accessible to UD, which is why we were in Dayton.

Very thoughtful amenities, this AirBnB is a great place to stay… I enjoyed the minimalism of the decor, the little things that were put in there to make it comfortable. It’s worth knowing ahead of time that it’s on a busier street and the upstairs has a window AC (rather than being hooked up to the central air). Neither are a problem, just helpful to know for planning.

My wife and I were traveling with our two year old daughter, and Sid’s place was perfect for a weekend stay. Great location close to downtown and all of the surrounding areas (Findlay Market, Over-the-Rhine, Newport, etc.). The place was comfy, quiet, and perfect to come back to agter running around on a super hot day (the air conditioning works great!). Thanks Sid!

Great place to stay. It was HOT and the air conditioning was great. The condo was clean, comfortable and in a good location. We were in town for baseball games and it was easy to walk to the stadium. Danny was helpful and responsive to our questions. Would definitely recommend.

Checks ALL boxes of being fantastic! This is our second time staying at this building of Nicks and I’ll be back every time I’m in the area! Tons of little shops to go check out, all around perfect place to stay!!

What a fantastic location (can’t brag enough about the dedicated parking) for our trip! For what I paid for two nights at Sid’s (all taxes and fees included) was about the price of one night in a hotel. The instructions that included pictures were the most helpful to find the door. When I had trouble getting in, Sid was right there. He called to help me troubleshoot and we figured out a solution. Haha, my only advice is that if you have brain fog like me after driving for hours, the garage gate has a sensor to get out, but you push the garage opener to get in. I had my sweet husband outside the car waving the opener like a weirdo until he said “oh wait, there is a button” as I was calling Sid for help again :) I wish I could tell you about the things in the area, but we didn’t get time to explore. However, this means it’s a great excuse to come back and book Sid’s place again!

We really enjoyed staying at SID‘s Airbnb. It was walkable to a lot of places that we’d like. There are a lot of good restaurants, and bars around this area. There was a bagel shop right next-door that we ate at twice. Our last night we ate across the street and Che, which has Argentinian cuisine. Wonderful empanadas ..It’s close to the connector so it was easy to go to the Reds game. We definitely recommend staying here. We felt safe the whole time we were there and Sid has a parking pass so we didn’t have to pay for the parking.

This is a small studio space located in the heart of OTR. Good if you plan to spend time away from the Airbnb. Would recommend planning to work from a library or cafe if you are on a work trip as the space is small. Nice kitchen and great appliances. The bathroom is relatively large given the size of the rest of the space.

Daniel's place was a great place to stay with my family of 4. He was a very responsive host that made the entire process smooth. The location was great- walkable to many cool places nearby such as Madtree Brewing and Oakley Square. We enjoyed walking to Aglamesis Bros. ice cream each night. Easy to get everywhere around Cinicinnati as well. Private parking area was nice to have. The touches for kids were a plus that made it easy to stay with a family. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend to others!

This place is an excellent place to stay! It has an absolutely gorgeous view and all the amenities you could want. Very clean. We stayed here comfortably with our family of 4. Maria is an excellent host who was very responsive. She was friendly and generous to us. Highly recommend!
