Monthly Rentals in Washington Township

This property was perfect for my 6 month stay! It is in a very walkable area, right down the street from the Monon trial, bars, and restaurants. Deborah and her husband were amazing hosts!

Anna's place is a great location in Broad Ripple on a quiet street right next to the Monon trail and amenities a few minutes away. Would strong recommend to anyone who wants to stay in Broad Ripple, or in a nice neighbourhood while in Indy. House is a great size and a great price.

I had a fantastic stay! The house was spotless, the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the fenced-in yard was perfect for my dog to run around safely. The host went above and beyond! Even coming over to fill the hot tub for me, despite it being out of season. Truly appreciated the extra effort. Will definitely be back.

Great location, apartment, and hosts! I couldn't ask for more. Aaron took us kayaking and did the heavy lifting. Perfect river conditions.
