Sequoyah but is less than a mile from Dickson Street, the historic district, and the University. Enjoy walking to the brand new local co-op, taking a hike on Mt. Sequoyah or scooting downtown! Lake Fayetteville and hiking and biking trails 3 miles. 1 mile from Arkansas Children’s Hospital and Arvest Ball park 3 miles to Washington Regional Hospital and Tyson’s World Headquarters. Welcome to Kendra's Kabin! An adorable treehouse located at Hog Valley RV & Treehouse Resort. 1 exit to the U of A. While we offer DISH tv with several channels we do not have reliable Wi-Fi. If you require Wi-Fi for streaming, work or school, please bring your own device. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING/VAPING! 2 dogs allowed. No aggressive breeds. Weight limit is 30 lbs. Dogs must be on a leash and not left unattended while outside. Must be in a kennel if left alone inside.
