Our vacation home has a living area of 70 sqm. It is located on the outskirts of the climatic spa town of Westerheim at an altitude of 823 m. There are commercial businesses in the neighborhood, but they cause little noise. The house is completely fenced in at a height of 150 cm. Hiking trails lead directly from the house, and in winter, when there is snow, a cross-country ski trail is also groomed. Excellent public transport links make it easy to reach Stuttgart city center in just 15 minutes by train or car.

Brand new in 2022: The white owl is a bright vacation home, located directly next to our barn. The house offers four beautiful bedrooms with double beds, three bathrooms and three toilets. There are two free extra mattresses. The kitchen is well equipped and open to the adjoining dining room. The sofa corner offers plenty of space and a large flat-screen TV. The terrace is directly accessible and our farm has many more beautiful places that can be used.

Klara's vacation home with its unique charm has been on the Neuffen city wall for over 100 years. It is right in the center of Neuffen next to the church. The small 3 room house with simple but loving equipment is located at the foot of the Swabian Alb (Hohenneuffen Castle/Thermalbad Beuren/Open Air Museum Beuren/HW5/ Outlet City Metzingen) and can be reached on foot from the nearby train station. Cafes, bakeries, and supermarkets are close by.

The apartment on the old Holzplatz is a bright, quietly located apartment with a usable area of about 63 m² in Waldhausen. The 2.5-room apartment is spacious and has a terrace at ground level. There is a large living and dining area, kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom. The apartment is therefore ideally suited for solo travelers, couples or even an adult and a child. The train station is a 10-minute walk away.
