Second toilet. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and an American fridge/freezer. Small dogs accepted by prior negotiation. Parking for 2 cars. Although close to A60, country walks are within walking distance. Walk across the road to the Carrs Nature Reserve and park - see photos.
