Pick fruit from the garden & with free range eggs and coffee for breakfast to start . It has amazing views of the country side, yet it is nestled in a quiet and secluded spot right in the heart of the city. A short 5 min walk to restaurants, shopping and CBD. Beautiful fixtures, fittings and accessories make this apartment feel like home.

Hill Top Apartment mostly faces East & enjoys the morning sun. A generous elevated deck runs the length of the apartment. The lounge/dining room & bedrooms all open onto this outdoor living space making it an ideal spot to relax. Views over the garden, Logans Beach Rural Valley and the Southern Ocean. There is a small, but fully equipped, kitchen, a built-in laundry, a separate toilet & luxurious bathroom with deep double bath, (for use during the winter months when our tanks are full).

It is situated behind the main residence. 1.6 kms from the Main Street of Warrnambool and a short drive to the river mouth and beaches, it’s around the corner from the Fletcher Jones gardens, fish + chip shop, laundromat and cafe Wilba + Co. Most pets are welcome to stay with pre-approval upon booking. The bed is double - so cosy! If you’re 6’4” it’s maybe not ideal!

We are 15-20 minutes walking distance from the train station and the hospital. You will have privacy, your own bathroom, kitchenette, and an outdoor area. Parking is free on the nature strip at the front of our house.
