By car, we’re 5 mins from the heart of town, 8 mins to the main beach, 10 mins drive to a whale watching platform & 2 mins to public swimming pools/Botanical gardens. (Pool & gardens are approximately 1k from our home, and can be a flat walk/bike ride). A split system aircon heats/cools the main living area - great for anything the W/Bool weather throws your way.

Hi! This our my humble cosy home. We welcome all genders and cultures to our loft. Peppa is a big white fluffy maremma & she barks at newcomers until she can sniff you but she’s very friendly. Enjoy your own private space, up high with the birds. Eat a free breakfast of smoothie & muesli, coffee & tea. You’re own seperate space, behind my house that has its own entrance, a lush ensuite & Lockable doors and block-out blinds.

Magpie Lodge, period style bungalow & garden views

A self contained bungalow with ensuite & deck with garden views. We have an upper deck with views of the Merri River, great for relaxing or having a BBQ. There is a small fridge, microwave, toaster & facilities for making tea/coffee. We provide a light Australian breakfast, consisting of muesli, juice & toast with spreads. A magpie family visit us 3/4 times a day to be fed!
