We offer our popular casual & convenient 3 bdm brick home with off street parking. By car, we’re 5 mins from the heart of town, 8 mins to the main beach, 10 mins drive to a whale watching platform & 2 mins to public swimming pools/Botanical gardens. (Pool & gardens are approx. 1k from our home, and can be a flat walk/bike ride). A split system aircon heats/cools the main living area - great for anything the W/Bool weather throws your way. In a residential area, with council playground nearby.

You’ll love my apartment. The neighbourhood and up town location, It's great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). Pick fruit from the garden & with free range eggs and coffee for breakfast to start . It has amazing views of the country side, yet it is nestled in a quiet and secluded spot right in the heart of the city. A short 5 min walk to restaurants, shopping and CBD. Beautiful fixtures, fittings and accessories make this apartment feel like home.

A self contained bungalow with ensuite & deck with garden views. We have an upper deck with views of the Merri River, great for relaxing or having a BBQ. There is a small fridge, microwave, toaster & facilities for making tea/coffee. We provide a light Australian breakfast, consisting of muesli, juice & toast with spreads. A magpie family visit us 3-4 times a day to be fed! The drive to St John's hospital is 2.5 minutes; South West Health Care 4 minutes; city centre 5 and beach 7-8.

You will be staying in our home, so it will have food in the pantry and fridge and clothes in our cupboard. Happy to share some food, not so much our clothes.
