The host communicated well and was very thoughtful. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the heating unit was a bit tricky to figure out, but overall, we had a great stay.

Went with family for a weekend trip. Tracy and Patrick’s home is lovely, very beautiful and well maintained. And everyone enjoyed including my kid who found a lot of toys to play.

We loved our stay! It’s perfect distance to walk to dinner downtown. Off street parking was a huge plus. Brennan gave us a great recommendation upon our arrival! Love the touch of having snacks and drinks in the fridge. Overall perfect place to stay at in Newport!

We had a lovely stay at Pelham Court! The location was the perfect spot to be near the main attractions around Thames Street and convenient to walk elsewhere. We loved having a private parking spot for our car as well. Bonus perk for being able to bring our dog with us! The hosts checked on us every evening if we needed anything—provided recommendations, and were super friendly and welcoming! Only downside to being so close to downtown is the loud noise from a nearby bar late at night on weekend. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Newport/Pelham Court and hope to come visit again in future! This home is gorgeous and filled with timeless artifacts and family heirlooms. Beautiful spots to sit outside with a morning coffee. My partner and I made a point of staying in and cooking one night because we felt right at home and wanted to appreciate the ambiance. We enjoyed the privacy and proximity to Newport very much as well. Well outside any potential chaos of downtown yet only a couple minute drive to Easton Beach. Thank you so much!

A beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. I loved hearing the birds sing in the morning! Lots to do within the home, and very short ride to the city. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone looking for a home vibe! Also, lots of art on display and plenty of books to read. Thank you for the hospitality!

The apartment was quiet and comfortable. We were next to the YMCA, where we enjoyed exercising. The neighborhood is wonderful for walking. The internet was strong.

Absolutely LOVE staying at Anna’s home that she graciously shares! Her home is like coming to your favorite aunts house while she is out of town and you just get to chill out and enjoy the area!! Quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to what I’ll call the “mall area” that has everything usually around a mall. Definitely check out The Head Landing Country Store for their coffee and DELICIOUS home baked goodies!!!

Very special property and location on Martha's Vineyard. A classic Vineyard family home. Our experience there was filled with tranquillity, privacy, beauty at every turn, nature, magnificent sunsets, lobster dinner in the beautiful dining room with piano!, wild Turkeys and birds to enjoy and outdoor shower to enjoy it all. The short walk to Menemsha to pick up freshly caught fish was a plus. Sarah is a perfect host and made us welcome and our stay there splendid. Thank you.

It's also in the perfect location: close enough to downtown Newport that everything is very accessible and it's also in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood for a good night's rest. But wait--there's more! This place was beautiful! The kitchen was spacious and accommodated our larger group nicely. Hosts left clear instructions and proactively checked in. They were even nice enough to open their pool a little earlier so we could enjoy it. Highly recommend staying here if you are planning a girls’ weekend. Bedrooms were comfy, and everyone in my group had a lovely time. Thank you!

We can’t say enough about Amy’s place. It was a peaceful home with a beautiful in the ground pool surrounded by amazing gardens. Amy is a very responsive host. We will be back!

Galen and Clark were wonderful hosts. Galen was one of the friendliest and most responsive and accommodating hosts I've ever had with Airbnb and I've stayed at many. The house is in a beautiful setting with a gorgeous garden. It was wonderful to have a comfortable sitting area along with two lovely bedrooms for my visit there with an old friend. Also, very clean. Birgit was one of the best hosts I’ve ever met. Amazingly accommodating, kind and did everything she can to make our stay enjoyable. I can’t say enough great things about her. My family and friends were very impressed with the house.
