Sited on one-acre lot, the craftsmanship of this multi-generational homestead showcases its history: beamed ceilings, wide-plank floors, custom built-ins and mantlepieces will bring you back in time. The 1800 s.f. of living space includes two bedrooms plus family room with queen sofa bed. Only 15 minutes from providence and 40 minutes to Newport, Barrington is the perfect New England town.

The space is a cozy, very roomy & quiet. The Suite is decorated with Coastal decor from New England and Sanibel Island. It includes a private bedroom with a very comfortable queen size bed. The living room has an entertainment center with a TV, Dvd, WiFi, couch, electric recliner, Mini fridge, microwave & Kuerig coffee maker. The area is located in the lower half of the house and has a private entrance with a lock & key. The suite is private from the living area of the homeowner.
