It's nestled in Beachwood Canyon, which is very centrally located-just minutes away from the 101 FWY and Universal Studios. Hollywood Blvd is only about 1 mile away. Other attractions nearby are Pantages Theater, Hollywood Bowl, Grauman's Chinese Theater, Hollywood and Highland, Warner Bros Studio, The Grove, Sunset Blvd and more. You can walk to several restaurants. Uber is also available if you don't have a car.

Travel back in time to a well-preserved guest house (above my garage) that has a 1970s Hollywood vibe but with updated conveniences. Pool area is shared with the homeowner. The house is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood— Walking distance to many great restaurants and shops! NOTE TO GUESTS: I live in the front house with my child and family. A private patio in the back of the guesthouse provides access to the pool/jacuzzi. Pool is not heated. The jacuzzi heats up to 104 degrees in 45 minutes to an hour.
