In the living room there is also a sofa bed on which another 2 people can be accommodated. A highlight is the private sauna in the apartment. The picturesque old town is within walking distance.

We rent the modernly equipped 84 m² attic apartment with 4 rooms and 5 beds (+ 1 cot) in our house on the outskirts of the Hanseatic city of Rostock. Krummendorf is a small and beautifully located village and belongs to the city. The Oldendorfer Tannen (forest area) begins directly behind the house, and the Warnow immediately follows. The city center and Warnemünde can be reached quickly. Parking spaces for cars and a shelter with seating in the courtyard are provided.

Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - but it is optimal for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair upon request. Look forward to a light-flooded modern and stylishly furnished penthouse apartment with 2 balconies and direct views of the lake. The 72 m² apartment, completed in 2019, is on the 3rd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200 m away from the beach.
