The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach ( 800 m), in the middle of Warnemünde. In a few minutes you can reach the promenade, harbor; train station (ice) or market. Cafe's and shopping are just a few meters away. Stable wifi (100 MB upload). Dogs are welcome (at extra cost) Professional stays are only available for 4 days or more (seminars, training, work meetings, trade fair, business people, trainees, apprentices, students.. ), private ones can be booked for 30 days or more.

Small, cozy, practical, perfectly located apartment in Warnemünde! Flooded with light, in the attic, it is looking forward to friends of the Baltic Sea - which is only 70 m away - but still only 4 minutes to the church square, the heart of Warnemünde. Since the couch is also available as a sleeping place, up to 4 people can stay there - but it is optimal for 2 people. For children, I am happy to provide a bed and chair on request. Dogs are always welcome at my place!

In 3-5 minutes you can also walk from here to the beach, supermarket or park. Rostock is a few km away. This small space wonder {just behind our surf shop} is lovingly decorated and offers space for 2 adults as well as 2 small children {1 family bed 180x200 and 1 pull-out bed 70x160}.

The quiet 56 sqm apartment with underfloor heating is located directly on the promenade, which invites you to stroll, drink coffee and enjoy wonderful food. The lighthouse and beach are about 1-2 minutes away by foot. The vacation home with a modern bathroom and complete household equipment offers a double bed and a sofa bed for up to 4 people. A baby bed can be added if necessary. Linens and towels are included.

Stylishly furnished apartments or studios for 2 to 4 people await you. The bright 36 m² apartment on the first floor has a spacious living area with fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom facing the garden and a modern bathroom with a spacious shower.

Slowing down is the magic word in a maritime environment, strolling and shopping at the weekly market every Saturday with regional organic products.
