Our farm is beautifully situated on the waterfront near the Kagerplassen, on the edge of the Groene Hart. The former stables have been converted into comfortable, modern apartments with panoramic views over the Boterhuispolder. Step right into nature for a beautiful walk or bike ride (bike rental available), or hit the water with a paddleboard. Popular destinations such as Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Leiden, Rotterdam, The Hague, and Utrecht are within easy reach. Public transportation is within walking distance.

Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

This atmospheric guesthouse for 2-4 people is located in Noordwijk aan Zee within 2 minutes walking distance of both the cozy Hoofdstraat and the famous beach and boulevard. The bungalow is located in a private park, in the middle of the meadows, just outside of Leiden. From the park, there are various hiking and biking routes through the meadows along mills and water. North Sea beach Katwijk 20 minutes away. The Hague, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Haarlem, Delft, Gouda are 30 minutes' drive away. The marina connects to the Kagerplassen water sports area. Guests can use our 2-person canoe. Sailing and motor boats are available for rent in the area.
