Our farm is beautifully situated on the waterfront near the Kagerplassen, on the edge of the Groene Hart. The former stables have been converted into comfortable, modern apartments with panoramic views over the Boterhuispolder. Step right into nature for a beautiful walk or bike ride (bike rental available), or hit the water with a paddleboard. Popular destinations such as Keukenhof, Amsterdam, Leiden, Rotterdam, The Hague, and Utrecht are within easy reach. Public transportation is within walking distance.

Recently renovated comfortable house (64m2) at the water in the green heart of Holland, surrounded by windmills and cows right across the canal. Close to the main cities and the Kaag lakes: Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft, Zandvoort, Keukenhof 30, Schiphol-airport 15, Leiden 10 mins by car. During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Windmill close to Amsterdam!!

Our romantic windmill (1874) is just a few miles from Amsterdam in wide green fields and along a meandering river: "Gein". Easy access to the A'dam. by car, train or by bike. You have the entire windmill to yourself. Three floors, 3 bedrooms with double beds: it easily sleeps 6, a kitchen, living, 2 toilets and a bathroom with bath/shower. Bikes available + kayak. Just leave some extra money if you did use them. No need to reserve ahead. Great swimming water and small landing just in front.

This atmospheric guesthouse for 2-4 people is located in Noordwijk aan Zee within 2 minutes walking distance of both the cozy Hoofdstraat and the famous beach and boulevard. The house is bright and nicely decorated, equipped with a spacious bedroom, living room with an extra sofa bed and luxuriously equipped kitchen. Everything for a carefree stay. The Harbour is a former 4* Boutique hotel located in the Harbour of Leiden. The rooms are all fully renovated and each floor has a kitchenette which can be shared with one other room. The B&B is located at the Harbour of Leiden where many nice restaurants are located. On walking distance many other nice restaurants, bars and take aways. The main shopping street of 1km is on 50m. Park&Bike: We offer free parking 5-10min driving from The Harbour and offer bikes for rent for €10,- per day.

A wonderful view at any time of day, a wonderful place on the water. A 10-minute walk away is a lovely bakery, a supermarket and delicious cozy restaurants. In the immediate vicinity is a beautiful forest with a castle for walking, there is also a lovely island (Kaaghoorn) where you can picnic in different places on this lovely peninsula or enjoy the sun in peace. Warmond is located against the Kagerplassen, and on the other side is Leiden.
