Apartment vacation rentals in Warehouse District, New Orleans

If you are a light sleeper, this and other units in the building don’t have strong enough sound proofing or strong enough blackout curtains to entirely keep out the New Orleans night life. That being said, I had no issue falling asleep. Just a fair warning to anyone who might. This location was extremely convenient for having day trips to the French Quarter, and the food in the immediate vicinity was very good in a pinch. Check in was easy and quick, and all virtual, which was convenient. The room was very comfortable for two, and the bathroom, closets and fridge were exactly what was needed. Being in a unit complex instead of someone’s home provided me the feel that I was visiting rather than pretending to live in the area, which I personally appreciate. I would stay here again if I take a vacation to see the French Quarter in the future. There is no grocer in the immediate area, so if you want to load up on food to fill in between meals, you will have to make a trip to do so.

Absolute perfect location, easy walk to the Quarter and warehouse district yet quiet and private for a spot just off St. Charles. Clean, upscale, very comfortable, a total 5 star spot

Andy was very kind. We had an incident the first night and Andy was very understanding and handled it with kindness yet professionally. The house was a short uber to everywhere. The bbq restaurant across the street is very good also. We are planning to be back in September! Thank you Andy!

Wonderful place to stay in a great location. Host was very responsive to any issues that came up. We loved the outside garden with sitting area. Would definitely stay here again.

The place is wonderful! It's a great location near to parks, CBD, and Magazine St, easy walking distance to fun restaurants and bars. We liked Beggar's Banquet just around the corner. Inside is very clean and well finished, and we liked that while it's shotgun style, the bedroom is in the back away from street noise. The front porch is great for watching the neighborhood or soaking in a rainstorm.

This place is beautiful! It is a perfect slice of New Orleans. Paula was so friendly. We were there looking for a house to rent and she helped us with recommendations. The location is perfect. So many great restaurants nearby. Honestly, we stayed in most of the time because Paula’s place was so beautifully decorated, quiet, and it had everything we needed. If we visit again, we will book this place! Thank you Paula!

Great host and great place to stay

I enjoyed staying at Tim's! Great location close enough to the main activities in the French Quarter and far enough from all the noise. Think it's a great place if you are a walker and want to peacefully roam the streets. The inside was just what I needed, spacious and large bed.

Would stay again! Steven was very helpful with instructions on check in, and we were able to store our bags early and after check out since we had a later flight. Could walk literally everywhere you would want from here! (We truly did) Everything was clean, and though we didn’t use all the amenities, they are nice to have. Neighborhood felt safe, even being directly across from the highway, we never felt uncomfortable walking around, even at night. There’s a restaurant across the st but we didn’t end up checking it out as we had other places in mind. It did get a bit noisy at times due to traffic/construction etc but that didn’t bother us too much, just keep in mind if you are looking for complete silence from the elements around you! Overall wonderful stay and would happily rent again!

Roami was an amazing stay! The suite they had us in was a safe secure area and the maintenance when we needed it was prompt and helpful. It’s a beautiful stay and I would recommend to anyone :)

I had a conference at the convention center and was within walking distance which saved so much money!!!! Place was cozy, had everything I needed, and was overall fairly quiet, especially considering where it is located. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to be right in the middle of everything!

It was a great stay. It was very spacious and clean. The only complaint I would have is that it was hot when sleeping. The AC partially reaches the bedroom.

Nice location. I found the parking next to the apartment very secure as they have 24 hr security. Easy to access rooms and rooftop. Nice rooms, bathrooms and living room.

We stayed for 5 nights over Valentine's weekend. the space was very cozy and private tucked away behind the law office, great place to escape and unwind after busy days in the city. conveniently located down the street and 1 block away from the street car's stops and close enough proximity to the French quarter to walk home if they get crowded. ample parking along the street in a safe neighborhood. would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing weekend at Jeannette’s place! It was in a perfect location and had plenty of privacy. It was also very very safe and secure which was an awesome touch for our girls weekend! We will definitely be back!

The place was exactly as it was described. It’s small but perfect for visiting New Orleans because you’re not there very often. It was very cozy and convenient. It only took around 15 minutes to get to the French Quarter when walking. We didn’t even get a car because we were able to do everything from this location. There was a coffee shop right across the street that was really good. A small market is a block away. There are also shops in the French Quarter so if you need groceries, you can get them there. The communication was excellent. They made sure to give prompt instructions on how to get to your place. We had a great time. Thank you.

Our group had a great time at this spot! Looked like the photos/description, host was responsive when we had questions, thick/soundproof walls so other groups weren’t an issue for us. Felt very private and secluded from the street despite being close to other houses. Overall, highly recommend!

The Airbnb was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described (if not better!). The host was incredibly responsive and thoughtful, making check-in and check-out smooth and easy. The location was close to everything we needed but still peaceful and quiet. We felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience!

Ligy was such a wonderful host! She was friendly and extremely responsive. I could tell that she really cared about making sure our stay was the best it could be and totally went the extra mile to do so. She was very accommodating. The place itself was really nice. It was a well managed room in a time-share hotel that fit me and my father's needs perfectly for a last minute one-night stay for the super bowl without having to settle on quality or cleanliness. I can’t speak highly enough about my stay here. I’m a sucker for two things—themed apartments and hot tubs. If those speak to you, book Jim’s place right now. I am familiar with the area and was attending a conference downtown and wanted a little bit of peace and quiet before heading downtown, and this was absolutely it. There is an abundance of shops and restaurants around without having to call a car to get into the quarter, and the neighbourhood is friendly and safe to walk around. Street parking was a breeze, if you’re planning on renting a car. Nightly soak in the hot tub was A+!

Stayed here with my wife for our anniversary and enjoyed every moment of this location! Extremely walkable & safe, close to several delicious restaurants & fun shops. We were there for the yearly champagne walk on Magazine St., and the party did not disappoint! The St. Charles trolley is only a few blocks away and was extremely easy to navigate. Also, hot tub! Would stay here again.
