We loved every moment in this cosy and comfortable converted farm building! Everything we needed for a relaxing stay with lovely views over the countryside. Also perfect for our visit to Sarah Ravens gardens just under 10mins away. The Byne is well off the main road and very pleasant with the sound of birdsong in the background. Highly recommend to future guests planning a stay in Kent.

I stay here at least once a year, and have done for a few now. The standards in the Annex are very high, always spotless and clean throughout. Everything you need is always there so it's becoming a home from home for me. Unlike other places I have stayed in the standards never drop, and your never taken for granted. Christy and Nick are always welcoming, responsive and above all helpful if needed. I have not met better hosts like these ever. Many thanks for another very pleasant stay, and see you next year if not before.

Lovely cottage with well maintained, enclosed garden. Very peaceful location with birds and squirrels fun to watch. The cottage is well equipped with everything that is needed for a stress free break. The welcome basket of tea, coffee, milk and biscuits along with a bowl full sweets is a great touch. Gina’s information email is comprehensive and easy to follow. Make sure you can use Wi-Fi calling as the mobile signal is not great (probably a plus for some people!) We were easily able to visit Beachy Head, The Seven Sisters and Bodiam Castle. One slight negative was that only six of the seven beds were made up and we had to source the bedding. Would definitely recommend

A truly magical place – we’ll be back! We had a wonderful stay at Esme’s cottage and honestly didn’t want to leave. The house is absolutely stunning, beautifully decorated with so much love and attention to detail – you can really feel the heart behind it. The surroundings are peaceful and idyllic, perfect for relaxing and switching off. We were especially impressed by the tasteful interior and the excellent amenities – everything was spotless and thoughtfully equipped.
