Nicest place on beautiful Lake Loramie. Lake front view from the living area. The Fort Loramie state park is right across the road. This park offers over 400 acres and 1655 acres of land to explore complete with a beach. Our State Park is one of the original canal feeder lakes with more than eight miles of hiking trails that follow a portion of the Miami-Erie Canal. Kayaking is a big hit at Lake Loramie also! We chose this home as a last minute 3 family trip for a softball tournament. The host was very responsive (Lisa) with any questions I had, with instructions for check-in and all the follow-up for check-out and post stay. The kitchen was amazingly stocked (and labeled) with anything we needed to make meals from crockpot, toaster, 2 coffee machines (one Keurig, one 12 cup and we brought both kinds of coffee!) and closets had lots of extra pillows, blankets, towels that were needed. Clear instructions on fridge for check-out, noise curfew, etc was helpful too. The outside firepit was our favorite! If you need charcoal for the grill, a DG is 5 minute drive outside the island. We were really pleased with our stay and are thinking of another family weekend in the fall. Within walking distance to Cranberry Resort with live bands (8-12 on a Friday) and great scenery. Thank you Lisa for being so accommodating and responsive!

I love staying here! I have stayed here several times before and I will continue to use this property when I am in town.

Nicholas place was very clean and comfortable. It had everything I needed for my stay, even great local restaurants.

This is our second time staying at Jason's place and we enjoyed our stay once again. The time we were presently surprised with new furniture and a different, more functional layout of the bedroom furniture. Kitchen is well stocked, private backyard (with fire pit) and clean. Neighborhood is nice and safe, easy access to all of Lima and UNOH. Best of all, we are able to bring our dog. For the price and such an amazing, communicative host; this property cannot be beat. We will definitely be back again the next time we are in Lima. Thanks Jason!!
