Tübingen is a university town, so our house in Schönblick is actually a student house. Here students live in shared apartments on two floors, the hosts on the first floor. From the hallway of the apartment, the doors to the basement rooms/heating system go off. The hallway must therefore not be locked.

Our lovingly designed apartment is part of our house built in 2016. The entrance is separate and leads through a beautifully planted atrium. The living climate is very warm and cozy thanks to lots of wooden furniture and real wood parquet. Mood lighting and underfloor heating invite you to relax and feel comfortable. The apartment is optimized for 2 people, but can accommodate up to 2 more people on the sofa if needed.

Through the many windows and high ceilings, the apartment is very bright and inviting. It has an impressive view in almost all directions on Tübingen and there is a south-facing balcony. In addition to the separated bedroom, the apartment has a large living area with integrated kitchen, dining table, as well as living room with sofa, armchair and coffee table.
