Art Nouveau villa built in 1912 with a large terrace 20 m2 and garden is located on the raised ground floor, a large apartment 80 m2 with everything your heart desires. We take care of the ambience. We rent our very small studio (13 sqm) with private entrance for one or two persons. WE DO NOT OFFER BREAKFAST. The bed (140 x 200 cm) can be converted into a sofa with one handle in no time. Wi-Fi, a writing space, a TV and a patio seating area are available. A private shower/toilet, linens with terry cloths, hair dryer and hair shampoo are available. There is a simple and well-equipped kitchen with fridge, kettle and coffee maker available.
