7 minutes drive from Central Wanaka, this studio with with ensuite (but no cooking facilities) is situated on the end of Peninsula Bay. Attached to a new eco build (also for rent for larger groups) this has privacy and its own separate entrance. Perfect for a few nights away for a mountain or lake getaway, you also get access to Pen Bay pool with hot tub and gym 900m from the house. Mountain bike tracks start 100metres in front of the house and the lake is just 500metres down the back.

Overlooking our garden, you can relax and view Mt Iron, climbers scaling the mountain and observe the beauty while feeling relaxed. If you would prefer to be closer to the centre of town, please please please DO NOT BOOK WITH US.** It is situated on an acre of land in a private road. Cosy Studio Close to Town

Self contained studio located a short four minute walk from town and lake front. The studio is separate from the house with its own entrance and ensuite bathroom. There are tea, coffee and toast making facilities, however there is no kitchen. Many great cafes, bars and restaurants are located close by. Peaceful cabin with large studio room and en-suite. Close to the lake and to highways to the national park and ski fields. Surrounded by trees with a lovely outlook over the Wanaka hills.
