I had a wonderful stay at Tracy’s home last night. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel genuinely welcome. The space was clean, cozy, and thoughtfully prepared—clearly reflecting the care and attention she puts into hosting. Tracy was kind, accommodating, and made everything effortless. It was the perfect environment to relax and recharge. I’m truly grateful for the hospitality and would absolutely stay here again. Thank you, Tracy, for a lovely experience!

I didn’t know what to expect, as it was my first time booking only a room with shared bathroom, but I was pleasantly surprised to find myself very comfortable in the setting! Jennifer was so kind and helpful and did her best to make sure I was comfortable! she was very quick to respond to any inquiries I had, which I really appreciated. The room was spotless and also equipped with anything you may end up needing! I needed a steamer for a dress and a scale to weigh my luggage’s, and not having to go out and get them myself saved me so much time and trouble! You can tell that Jennifer truly cares about making sure her guests are comfortable and have what they might need. The bedding, sheets, and pillows were so comfortable too! I had very restful nights of sleep here, my stay was wonderful! it’s a cute, safe, and quiet space - and I will definitely keep this in mind for any future trips to the area! Plus, the adorable cat was a bonus!! Thank you so much, Jennifer!

ping was super sweet and welcoming! flexible check-in and check-out, she even walked us out and helped us with our luggage. if you prefer to not share bathrooms with other guests, it may not be the place for you. area felt safe and comfortable to stay in as well.

Johnny is a lovely person , very nice and hospitable. Also Johnny has a great outdoor cooking set up, I love it , cooking outdoors is amazing. Thank you Johnny !

D's listing was super last-minute but the best decision we ever made for our family reunion in Southern California!! It was spacious and tucked away in a quiet and charming neighborhood. My family and I had a wonderful time, slept like kings and queens, and will definitely be back if we're back in So Cal soon!! :)

Great stay at Maria’s place! It’s a sunny, comfy apartment with ocean breezes. I loved that the bedroom curtains allowed for a dark vibe for sleeping in but also the apartment in general had lots of light and fresh air. Lots to walk to including restaurants, cafes, bakeries, and the beach. And super convenient to a grocery store. Would love to stay here again!

The home is a real gem. I loved that it was located in a very quiet neighborhood but within walking distance to several grocery stores and shopping centers. The unit is a detached garage that was reconverted but it was very clean and well maintained with a classy creative touch! Will definitely be coming back!

Darcy's place was just as described and Darcy was a wonderful host. From providing local recommendations to having ample "spare supplies" in the unit, he went that extra mile to make our stay a pleasant one. We'd definitely look at booking again when next we're in the LA area.

We recently stayed at Geoffrey's, and it was a very welcoming experience. Geoffrey was communicative, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The place felt just like home, which was perfect for my family. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touch of having a book of restaurant recommendations available; it made exploring the area so much easier. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a welcoming and convenient place to stay!

Alex is one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve come across. I had lots of questions and he was so flexible with all my requests. If we return to Disney I would definitely stay again (however keep in mind it isn’t a walkable distance to Disney if that’s your purpose) Such a cute place!

Selina was a very responsive host with a nice little place. Very clean and no frills. Bonus points for the gated private parking spot. If you are looking for a place to stay, with all the essentials and at a fair price, I would highly recommend.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

Pari’s place is bigger than it appears in the photos- really nice space. Modern and comfortable, fully outfitted kitchen, and plenty of towels/amenities. Contrary to other reviewers, I didn’t find the parking to be tough. I rented an SUV and just backed into the space without a problem - I can see how it would be tough for someone if they headed in- just do a three point turn up front and you’ll be fine :) One last comment- the location can’t be beat! Walking distance to so much (including one of my favorite restaurants, Green Street). And less than 15 minutes to Occidental College, where I was attending events. Great stay. Thanks Pari!

We really enjoyed staying here! The waterfalls and garden area that the balcony overlooks were a beautiful surprise. The complex was quiet and Jeffrey checked in each night we stayed to ensure everything was meeting our expectations!

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!

Short trip to Pasadena area and found this lovely place. Location is convenient with lots of restaurants and shops close by. Also, it was easy to get on highway to downtown LA and the beaches. We had a group of 3 and stayed very comfortably. The Airbnb is exactly as described. Host is very responsive and gave a list of recommendations for the area. Definitely recommend and would stay again for future visits!

Great spot in the heart of downtown. Loved the rooftop pool. Very convenient location, close to Dodger Stadium (Go Blue!). Host easy to communicate with. Front desk people super cool. Was nice to have parking too. Would stay again. Be sure to read about the history of this building. Super interesting.
