A very comfortable and well presented home great facilities and a nice new and comfortable clean and plenty of natural light.

We had a very relaxing weekend in Julie's place. We especially loved the fireplace and the lovely decor. The teenagers loved the table tennis. It was a very comfortable place for our family.

We felt right at home and at peace the minute we arrived. Despite miserable weather on our arrival, it didn’t dampen our experience in any way - it was a wonderful place to decompress and just enjoy a slower pace, and our young girls were ecstatic to play upstairs and in the yoga studio. This is a wonderful place to stay, conveniently located near shops, cafes, and restaurants. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained, with thoughtful touches like pantry essentials and little treats that made our stay even more enjoyable. It's also within walking distance to the Geelong waterfront, where we enjoyed some fishing. We’ve stayed here before and would happily return again!

What a wonderful place! So peaceful and welcoming. Mel was a fantastic host and we were lucky enough to see cute Mabel 🐶 The beds are very comfy and cosy. Shower is great. Lounge room is lovely to snuggle up by the fire. The views are stunning. Such a lovely place to unwind. We ventured to Del Rios winery which is very close and had a lovely lunch and wines. We had a lovely couple of weeks at Emily’s place - it suited our family of five and was a great base for visiting our family and friends in the area. It’s also well located to bustling Pako and is not far from the station for day trips to Melbourne on the train. While we didn’t meet Emily, it was clear that she is an excellent and responsive host and fielded our queries without delay. Thanks very much for having us!

Lovely little unit with everything you need for a getaway. We appreciated the cleanliness and all the amenities provided including washing machine, iron, hair-dryer etc (important to us as we were on the peninsula to attend a wedding!) A short 3 minute drive to the beach and 5 minutes to the pier and all the restaurants.

We had an incredible stay at the charming retreat. From the moment we arrived, Dot was welcoming and warm, making us feel right at home. One of the first things we noticed was the thoughtful little details, like the personalized welcome sign, which set the tone for the entire stay. The place itself was immaculately clean and well-maintained, and the atmosphere was both cozy and inviting. We especially loved the continental breakfast, which was delicious and the perfect start to our day. Dot also left some of our favourite chocolates to enjoy. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. Just a short walk to the beach, cafes, and restaurants, we were able to easily explore the area without feeling rushed. Despite being close to everything, the neighborhood was remarkably peaceful, which made for a relaxing and restful stay. Overall, the retreat exceeded our expectations in every way. Dot’s hospitality, the attention to detail, and the great location left a lasting impression.

Carol and Ken were very welcoming, the place was perfect for us. It’s just beautiful. They have done it very well. It was super clean and comfortable. We were in and out a lot due to events but made it very easy. Wish we could have spent more time enjoying that place too.

Fabulous place! We had an amazing time and it's probably the best-equipped Airbnb we've ever stayed at. The attention to detail is impressive, with everything thoughtfully provided, from the cozy bedding to the well-stocked kitchen. The host truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel at home. The location was perfect too—close to town and beach but still peaceful and private. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be back

Ralph & Robyn are the most gracious host's, I stayed in their cabin situated at the bottom of their beautiful cottage garden. It has everything you need for a short stay, they even include provisions for a yummy cooked breakfast & more. All amenities are extremely clean & well thought out. It's the little touches like the chocolates on the bed side tables & a bottle of port waiting for you when you arrive that I really love. This is my 2nd stay at Potters Garden and I will definitely return the next time I make plans to to visit the Hot Springs again, as it's only minutes away which is very convenient. We stayed 3 nights at Batesford Lodge and were immediately taken aback by the peaceful surroundings. The host Michael is very friendly and welcoming. Our room and ensuite were large and comfortable. We experienced a great sunset at Dog Rocks and wandered through Michael's established garden. Nothing was too much trouble and he gave us some foldaway chairs for the airshow to borrow. Continental breakfast was supplied which was an added touch. Jedi and Trixie are gorgeous dogs who love people. We loved our stay there thanks Michael.

Carole and John went out of their way to make our weekend away special and relaxing. We had a wonderful breakfast hamper supplied to us, along with some birthday treats for my partner, chocolates on the pillows, and a cosy fire already lit when we got there. The accommodation was spotless and really comfortable, with a shower that you could’ve spent hours in if we weren’t being conscious of water use for their water tanks. The gardens are beautifully kept, with 12 acres to stroll around and a picnic basket ready for you to find a perfect hideaway with. Carole and John were so accommodating and lovely. All in all, it’s perfect for a romantic and relaxing weekend away in nature.

We had a great stay in Fay’s very clean, comfortable, and private studio. Fay is a lovely host and we’d be happy to stay again.

Almost our second home these days with the best of everything: high quality, excellent comfortable bed and the best shower, great value $, lots of space, friendly hosts, beach, cafes & restaurants nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay at Kuldeep’s . The front section of a house on a new estate on the Bellarine . All as described- very comfy bed and good shower, lots of onstreet parking and walking distance to shops and food outlets. Always feels strange entering by someone’s front door but all sectioned off and private. Only downside was reaching over the bins to get at the lockbox and having to have the blinds down most of the time as the bedroom window is on the street.

Pamela does hosting like a mother, with love and care. If you are looking a true Airbnb experience as opposed to impersonal hotel experience, you would have come to the perfect spot. She even drove us out to grab dinner since it was raining and we came by bike. The place is immaculate and details are well thought out. Definitely, highly recommend
