Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Wallingford

I was in the area for a wedding and this was the perfect little private apartment for a weekend stay in Middletown which turned out to be a way nicer town than I anticipated with a ton to do! The apartment was an extension on the back of the house but I didn’t even run into the owners once and felt very private.

Our stay was very comfortable! We all appreciate the cleanliness of the home. The furniture, fixtures, and linens were well kept and we loved all of the natural light. Shelley provided thorough and proactive instruction and checked in midway through our stay to make sure we didn’t need anything. We would definitely stay again.

I chose Marlene’s lovely spot primarily because it was in a location convenient for short trips to visit family and friends in Wallingford, Middlebury and Middletown while on my way south from New Hampshire. The peaceful, quiet surroundings along with a spotless, well-appointed accommodation made it very appealing: highly recommended.

Mark is a very responsive host who has clearly gone out of his way to anticiipate and provide for his guests' needs. You will find a detailed folder providing instructions and useful information. The property is very homey and conveniently located about halfway between Main Street and the Wesleyan campus.

Place was what we expected and the neighborhood was nice, about a 20 min walk from the main campus (which was relevant to us). Basement unit (down a few stairs from your private entrance) with windows in every room, off street parking, washing machine in the shared part of the house (that you can use until 9pm). Was a cold weekend and apartment was nice and warm. Bed was comfortable. Rosaria was responsive and helpful, and even folded some dry laundry we had left in the dryer. Left a handful of drinks and snacks for us that were much appreciated.

The apartment was beautiful and as soon as we walked in I could feel myself relax. The view is stunning and the apartment is warm and inviting. We reserved the apartment on very short notice and Mark was so helpful and responsive. Highly recommend!

Dawn and Bob’s place is one of the top Airbnb’s we have stayed in! Top notch in every way. It was spotless, comfortable and had everything we needed. And on top of that Dawn and Bob were the most friendly hosts we have met! I would recommend this Airbnb without reservation and will be back whenever we are back in CT!

Oyi was quick to respond with every question we had, her recommendations were spot on. The apartment was spectacular, very elegant and tastefully decorated. Pristine and chic, every detail was well sorted out from distinctive furnishings to lightings and amenities. Comfy beds, pillows paired with perfectly posh linens. Details in each room is well balanced. You can choose to order in or eat out you won’t be disappointed! You won’t regret your stay at Oyi’s. I will definitely stay at Oyi’s elegant space again! 💕

Lori was very accommodating to us with early check in. The beds were super comfortable, and I was so happy to see that she had two king sized beds and one queen! Perfect for our family. Beautiful linens, tons of comfy white towels in the bathrooms. Really a great place to stay that I would highly recommend.

This property is in New Haven, bordering North Haven. Easily accessible from the 91 or from SR15, but not near enough either road to hear traffic noise. This is a downstairs unit, and there are tenants above; you will hear some neighborly noise, but nothing out of the ordinary for a duplex, and much quieter than a hotel room. If you're familiar with the area, this home is walking distance from the large Medtronic facility and a close drive to the North Haven shopping area (Target, Cinemark). Property is well kept, and all linens and interior areas were clean. We appreciated the pet-friendly approach (minimal rugs on the floor), as well as the large (unfenced) yard for our dog. We had a few minor issues, to which the hosts were quick to respond and remedy. The kitchen has every feature or appliance you'd need for a short stay, and even included common spices, soap, paper towels, and kcups. Bathroom had ample towels for 2 people. Would be happy to stay here for future visits.

Jeremy’s “Doll House” was a charming little place on lovely peaceful grounds. The location was very convenient for visiting our Connecticut relatives and attending our granddaughter’s graduation. His kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials and then some. Everything was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. There is a huge walk in closet in the bedroom and great laundry area in the bathroom. I would recommend Jeremy’s place and would stay there again.

We had a great experience with Jill abd Elia’s house, They answered our questions right away and kept us updated, The place was very clean and accessible the area is definitely safe, We highly recommend this place to other people, Will definitely come back!

we had a wonderful time staying at the farm. it was peaceful and quiet. The cottage was quaint and well put together. while we were there the morning fog rolled in making the stay even more magical. thank you for having us.

Cannot say enough good things about this charming home! The house had beautiful bay windows with a spectacular view, large bedrooms with plenty of room, and was very clean. Directly across the street was a waterfront park with trails along the coastline that were a blast to explore. And it was close to everything. Highly recommend!

Pacers Pasture is on a quiet road giving it a cute country experience in a great small town. The space has an amazing unfenced yard which was great for the dogs. Easy access inside with key entry, and we loved the door entry being toward the back of house for added privacy. The house has very comfortable linens, tons of parking, and the hottest water ever - which was perfect after a cold day adventuring. Aaron provides toiletries, some nice kitchen basics likes spices and teas/coffee, fast wifi-TV streaming, and a cozy space perfect for relaxing. Bonus points for being tastefully decorated and not overly cluttered. Would stay again!

The space was very nice, spacious, clean and in a great location. Close to the highway and all other locations I planned on visiting during my stay! I would highly recommend staying here. The host Oomi was very reachable and quick to respond to any questions or problems we had I will definitely be coming back for my next stay!

Over $500 a night was very high, much higher than west Coast pricing for two bedrooms near a major university. Convenient to Yale but know that poverty has always been evident a few feet from Yale borders and much of the foot traffic consists of the homeless. Also some noise at night from passing traffic. On the plus side there’s an excellent Italian bakery/gelato cafe across the street run by a husband wife team that makes everything they serve.

We loved our stay at Obi’s apartment in Hartford. It was spacious and comfortable for our family of 4. Street parking was easy. Obi is a great host! We’d love to stay here again the next time we’re in the area.
