At the property boundary, the National Park area begins with a great view of the National Park, the surrounding towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Rust, Mörbisch and Fertörakos, and in the distance you can see the Schneeberg on clear days. A diverse bird and animal world is preserved here. Greylag geese, cranes, storks and silver herons and red deer are part of the seasonal daily routine here.

In 2025, I completely renovated another apartment and added it to my 4-star AVA apartment complex. AVA 3 is 60 m² and is located on the 2nd floor of the main house. Rooms: Entrance area, bathroom with spacious shower (1.20 m x 1 m), sink, private washing machine, separate toilet, large kitchen-living room, 2 bedrooms each with a double bed. The rooms are modern and brightly furnished. Relax in this special and quiet space.
