Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

Guguburra Cabin

Our atmospheric cabin sits amongst the gum trees, surrounded by birdsong. Named after the Gububurras (Kookaburras) that share the property with us, it's only ten minutes walk to the Mount Macedon village for coffee or a short drive to find wineries, village markets and forest walking trails. Alternatively in the cooler months you can curl up by the fire and read or enjoy the view from the terrace by the fire pit. The calming effect of Guruburra on our guests is almost immediately

Duck'n Hill Cottage (& EV charge station)

Built by eccentric artists in the 80's this quaint little mudbrick sits in the heart of the Yarra Valley surrounded by wineries, stunning gardens and views. Recently renovated for comfort with concrete flooring, new A/C, hot water system, renovated bathroom and numerous outdoor spaces. Bluestone Farm Cottage 19th Century - 3BR w/ View

Welcome to Karool Cottages, your country getaway in Mernda Victoria. This historic 1853 cottage was built of locally quarried bluestone, 'Karool' being the local aboriginal word for bluestone. It originally served as a shepherd's hut, grain store, and carriage room. The cottages and facilities were renovated in 2016 to include all of the creature comforts and amenities to provide you with a private five-star experience right in the heart of farm country.
