Totally renovated home conviently located near by train station, Marist College, Vassar College, Culinary Institute of America, FDR Library, Walkway over the Hudson. My home is a 2 story home built in 1856; it has one bedroom and full bathroom on each floor. We refinsihed 9 inch pine wood floor trying to keep most of yesterday in the house. kitchen is fully equipped with snacks and coffee, tea! Newly built apartment steps from Mohonk preserve.

Nestled amongst the trees below Bonticou Crag this is a great base camp for climbing, hiking and biking. Five minutes from New Paltz; I do recommend having a car to access the area. Shared yard and fire pit right outside. My family and I live in the main part of the house. The outside area and house are still under construction, I’m working on it but its not put together yet. The apartment and inside area are clean and newly built with their own mini split and air circulation.

There is a private entrance with additional half bath . A private porch and use of the beautiful backyard.

Historic 200 yr old stone cottage, on three floors, renovated to a high standard, creating a very comfortable and peaceful retreat, whilst retaining soul and character. Extreme cleanliness is a priority. Quality bedding assures a good nights sleep. The bathroom offers a rain shower and soaking tub. The kitchen is fully equipped and fresh produce is available from the neighboring organic farm in season. Good hiking trails are accessible from the house.

Beautiful downtown studio under the walkway over the Hudson. No kitchen just microwave, coffee pot and fridge. It sits on one of the nicest streets in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to the metro north train station, restaurants, bars and bakeries. The walkway is also near by. This is a walkout street level studio. No stairs involved. The front stone patio is exclusive for the studio listing. The back patio is for the upstairs listing.
