Very friendly host, but difficult to communicate due to the language barrier. A clear email in advance, which allows you to enter immediately upon arrival. Spacious garage where you can put your car dry and let your ski stuff dry. The house is dated, but that was already visible in the pictures. Still, everything was clean! The beds are comfortable and clean. The kitchen also has everything you need: stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee and tea. For the kids, there were games and a playsyation. Behind the house is a lawn where the dog could sniff. There is not much to do within walking distance, but it is about 20 minutes drive from the ski slopes of Winterberg. In summary, it is a nice, spacious, somewhat dated, clean house with plenty of space inside and outside. Friendly hosts and good location to relax.

Super furnished cottage with beautiful garden of the landlord in the neighboring house

We've been to the property before, a year ago. Nothing has changed our impression: Great apartment with plenty of comfort, the surroundings are fantastic. Ilona was again a very good and pleasant host. Furthermore, an absolute recommendation!

A very nice place to stay. Although it is a bit remote, it is an excellent place to relax, especially thanks to the wellness area.

It was the best we've experienced as a group so far. There is so much to discover in the entire complex. Everything has been decorated with an attention to detail. Everyone was super super friendly. The restaurant and wellness area are absolutely amazing.

Quiet location to relax

The house was as described. Communication in advance was great, we already knew exactly what to expect. Check-in went smoothly. The play barn and playroom were also very attractive to us. In the area you could do a lot of business, and there was information in advance. Lots of opportunities to sit outside. In short, we felt comfortable at the place and can recommend it.

We arrived by car, felt right at home after arrival and slept great. The area was pleasantly quiet, there were many attractions for children/families and great opportunities for food, coffee, cake and ice cream. The hosts were very warm and professional. We will be happy to come back.

A very well-equipped house with plenty of room for 8 people and two dogs. We enjoyed the large kitchen and extensive kitchen equipment very much. The play facilities were also used extensively. Only the many steps to the entrance of the house were a bit problematic for my old dog. Thank you for the lovely stay.

We absolutely enjoyed our holidays in this beautiful cottage in a rural area! The location was idyllic and quiet, surrounded by beautiful nature. The amenities were perfect and had everything we needed. The landlords were very friendly and helpful, we felt immediately at home. The cleanliness and tidiness in the house were exemplary. We relaxed in nature, went for long walks and enjoyed the tranquility. The vacation home was perfect for our family with dog, there was plenty of space and the surroundings were dog-friendly. We can absolutely recommend this vacation home and would book it again anytime. It was a perfect vacation in a beautiful setting!

The whole stay was great. Place was as described. With two people, the apartment would have been too cramped for me personally, but completely sufficient as a solo traveler.

We were three couples plus kids. The place is much better than you can capture with photos. It's really perfect for families. The toys are great, great books, great garden with a mega trampoline. It was just perfect for us. We wanted to spend a lot of time there, despite the changeable weather, we were busy with everyone indoors and outdoors at all times. The kitchen is excellently equipped. If you want to look for something that is "missing", then labels on the cabinets, where something is inside. The kitchens are huge and there's soooo much. :-D So, thank you, thank you, thank you. We are looking through our calendar to see when we can come back. Best regards

The house is located in the middle of the old town of Warburg and is one of the pretty half-timbered houses that are there. The apartments were stylishly furnished. The beds are very comfortable! Really hotel standard! Thanks to David's description, it was easy to find the house. The communication with David was very straightforward and very friendly overall! Warburg offers many excursion and exploration opportunities. The restaurants and cafes were also very nice! A visit to Warburg with living in David's apartments is highly recommended! We had a very nice large family weekend there.

We had a fantastic time in this lovingly furnished cottage. The place was very clean, cozy and well equipped – we lacked nothing. We particularly liked the great view. The hostess was friendly, helpful and always available. We will definitely be happy to come back and can recommend this house.

The place was in a very quiet place as expected and highly recommended for a relaxing holiday. The property is on a steep path (ski facility) that leads to other places where it also goes up and down. The host was really always very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed our vacation there and can only recommend the accommodation.

We spent some nice days at Klaus's place in Selkentrop. The accommodation is newly renovated, totally cozy, clean and is very quiet and close to nature – ideal for a small break with children. Especially great: the private playground right by the house. Everything was well equipped and child friendly (high chair, fall-out protection by the bed). Otherwise, everything was great and Klaus, who lives on the property with his family, was very friendly and easily accessible.

Hansi is very personable, explained everything to us directly. We stayed there for 4 nights and we were more than satisfied. The house was very nicely equipped and everything was clean. You just have to bring your own bed linen and towels. I can recommend this house to everyone. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A really cozy, beautifully furnished cottage, beautifully located and everything sparkling clean ✨👌🏼 Just outside the door you can enjoy a wonderful walk or enjoy the tranquility in the garden. We felt very comfortable!

The rented property was spacious, clean and soberly furnished. The surprise was the garden shed; it was full of all kinds of toys for the children. In short, a gold mine! The contact with the host was good, especially when an incident with the oven occurred. Friendly response, without judgment. Very pleasant! There is plenty to do in the area; walking around the Diemelsee, play on the Adventura Spielberg in Medebach, visiting the Sky-Walk in Willingen... the house is a great base! Another plus; the bakery in the village has the most delicious sandwiches :).
