Beautiful place, beautiful garden. Next to the forest. Great hiking area. Apartment is also nice and Roland is a good host.

Everything was great! The only small flaw is the sound transmission of the house. You can hear the upper apartment quite loudly.

A super nice and lovingly furnished apartment. A real "home" - I immediately "fell in love" with it😍. There was nothing missing. Daniela and Daniel, you are totally nice, friendly and warm hosts! A nice welcome, - in person and with the small welcome tray in the kitchen. I will sow the forget-me-not in my mini garden and gladly think back to the beautiful stay. Highly recommend! Sebastian's place was a beautiful oasis - exactly as advertised, and even more impressive in person, with expansive views, cool interior design, and thoughtful personal touches that made our stay feel effortless (i.e. spices, condiments, tissues, paper towels, etc.). It is well located, with several restaurant options within walking distance (10-15 mins), as was a large grocery store. The included garage parking was a huge bonus, and the charming Ayse was very helpful in directing us on exactly where/how to get in (meeting us in person to facilitate). Sebastian was such a considerate host! Very easy to communicate with, and responsive to our needs. Definitely a must stay when in Kassel.

The accommodation was a stopover for us and super suitable. Ninja was generous and it was a great communication.

Beautiful accommodation with many excursion destinations right in the area. My girlfriend and I had a very nice vacation and felt comfortable there.

We had a great stay at Volker's apartment. Excellent, quiet location close to the spa park. We didn't miss anything in the apartment. Perfect amenities. If we make another rehab visit to Bad Sassendorf, we will definitely stay in Volkers apartment. Particularly noteworthy is the great value for money.

Were 5 people to a festival in Büren. Parking in front of the house can be found! The place was clean and cozy! Markus was very friendly and was able to help with questions and wishes. By car, you can quickly get to Büren and Paderborn. I can recommend the apartment!

We spent some nice days at Klaus's place in Selkentrop. The accommodation is newly renovated, totally cozy, clean and is very quiet and close to nature – ideal for a small break with children. Especially great: the private playground right by the house. Everything was well equipped and child friendly (high chair, fall-out protection by the bed). Otherwise, everything was great and Klaus, who lives on the property with his family, was very friendly and easily accessible.

Great stay - would recommend and would stay again! Plenty of space for a family and good amenities!

It was the best we've experienced as a group so far. There is so much to discover in the entire complex. Everything has been decorated with an attention to detail. Everyone was super super friendly. The restaurant and wellness area are absolutely amazing.

perfect house for a family with small kids, they really enjoyed the sandbox, small vehicles, puzzles etc... Location is also nice, near the dam but still quiet street.

Very clean, good opportunities to sit, eat, grill, play, etc. indoors and outdoors with many people. Beautiful play corner in front of the house for small children. From the house you can walk directly and find nice hikes in the area. Communication flawless. One shortcoming in the house was the kitchen equipment. For example, we lacked wine glasses in the two apartments, there were no large bowls.

Beautiful location, surrounded by nature, lots of sunlight. House is cozily decorated, you feel right at home. Anything you need is available. Extra effort was made for our small children (baby cot, high chair, stair gate). Close to beautiful hiking trails and only 5 to 10 min drive to other places in Winterberg for skiing/sledding. In the evening enjoyed a campfire and the sauna. Communication with the owners prior to our stay went very smoothly!

The apartment is exactly as described. Tastefully furnished with a very nice view into the scenery. With our dog, we were able to take beautiful hikes nearby. Maik was always available and also warned us about black ice. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.

We went to a family celebration in the area and stayed very well with Andrea. On a positive note is the bakery, which has delicious breakfast and can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

The home is spacious, light and clean. It was quite chilly inside at first, but with the wood stove on, we had a pleasant temperature in the cottage as quickly. The house was very fully furnished! We were by motorbike and we were given the opportunity to store the motorbikes in the garage. From this location you can take beautiful touring rides. Around the corner is a bakery/pizzeria where you can eat well and get fresh bread in the morning. We enjoyed it and felt completely comfortable. Thank you Birthe and Chris!

The apartment is good and has all the amenities listed, I had a great experience during my stay. I recommend it also for long stays. I will gladly come back if I am in the surroundings.
