Bright apartment in a natural location on the outskirts of the village

Our beautiful apartment with terrace is located on the ground floor with separate entrance in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of the village. The beautiful thing about us: You are in the great outdoors in no time. Whether on foot or by bike, you can reach our beautiful Black Forest. There are beautiful hiking tours all around, e.g. in the Zinsbachtal. On Tuesday and Friday at 8 o'clock, the bakery wagon comes with the most delicious all wood-burning breads:-) For an even more relaxing stay, we recommend an energy treatment in the house:-)

The cosy little appartment ist situated only 3 minutes from highway A81 at the main street of Empfingen.There is a lot of traffic noise during the working days (windows with noise protection!). About 1 hour to the lake of Constance, 50 minutes to Stuttgart. 12 Minutes to the historic town Horb.About 35 minutes to Tübingen and Rottenburg.
