Only 25 minutes from the City of Norwich and walking distance to the beautiful village of Happisburgh with its stunning lighthouse.

Our home is bright & light and has large living spaces, with the main living room looking out onto the patio and garden which gets direct sunlight all day. Grade II listed Stable conversion in Happisburgh

The Horse Barn is a converted farm stable in the grounds of the owners grade II listed farm house; Holly Farm. The barn is situated on the North Norfolk coast, in the coastal village of Happisburgh, surrounded by open farm land. The barn has vaulted ceilings and exposed beams throughout. The main living area is open plan with a well equipped kitchen and a sofa bed for additional guests. The master bedroom has a double bed wardrobe & chest of drawers. One parking space unless agreed prior.

The beach is a 15 minute walk away and the beautiful Norfolk Broads are close by. A welcome breakfast basket included in the price. Two local pubs are within a 5 min drive.

The Nest is the perfect holiday cottage in Mundesley for two people. It is a private apartment to the owners, Ray and Barbara’s, home. They are looking to welcome guests to The Nest and will be on hand if you need them and if you don’t, they will respect your privacy. Perfect for single travellers who want privacy but not be isolated. Mundesley is a bit of a secret jewel in the Norfolk coast. A perfect sandy beach and a vibrant village centre. Beautiful country home, sleeping 8

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

Cedarwood Bungalow is a fully refurbished, charming wooden seaside holiday chalet built in 1936. There is flexible accommodation sleeping up to 5/6. There is wifi,TV a DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Eccles is a quiet secluded seaside resort which is located on the Norfolk Coastal Path. The chalet is a two minute walk from the beach which is quiet and unspoilt. There is a large fenced garden with a secluded patio seating area and garden shelter.

The Coach House is nestled behind our home, situated just a 10 minute walk across the fields to the beach. The converted property was lovingly restored only a few years ago and offers a real home from home experience. The property is well equipped and also has a wood burning stove, perfect for those chilly nights. There is a large courtyard area with seating and ideal for alfresco dining!
