Goshawk is a newly converted pet-free barn in North Norfolk. Luxurious 5-star holiday self-catering accommodation, 10 mins walk to a safe sandy beach. The accommodation contains a large open plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen. Easy walking access, but there is 1 step up from the master bedroom to its ensuite.

Our space has cosy underfloor heating, a king size bed and a sofa bed - the hut sleeps two adults and two children. The Horse Barn is a converted farm stable in the grounds of the owners grade II listed farm house; Holly Farm. The barn is situated on the North Norfolk coast, in the coastal village of Happisburgh, surrounded by open farm land. The barn has vaulted ceilings and exposed beams throughout. The main living area is open plan with a well equipped kitchen and a sofa bed for additional guests. The master bedroom has a double bed wardrobe & chest of drawers. One parking space unless agreed prior.

Beautiful country home, sleeping 8

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

Church Farm Cottage Haysbro

Beaches, Beams, Broads and Broadband Mixing tradition with modern comforts, in the tranquil north Norfolk village of Happisburgh next to some amazing beaches and a traditional country pub. We are child and dog friendly, and have two gardens. Happisburgh’s beach is dog friendly 365 days of the year. We Sleep 8(6 adults max) in 4 bedrooms (2 gr.floor). - Check-in day is normally Fridays - Please ask if you need a different day - 7 day minimum at peak time

Charming seaside escape

Cedarwood Bungalow is a fully refurbished, charming wooden seaside holiday chalet built in 1936. There is flexible accommodation sleeping up to 5/6. There is wifi,TV a DVD player and a selection of DVDs. Eccles is a quiet secluded seaside resort which is located on the Norfolk Coastal Path. The chalet is a two minute walk from the beach which is quiet and unspoilt. There is a large fenced garden with a secluded patio seating area and garden shelter.

Poppy Gig House

A countryside retreat, Poppy Gig House was fully renovated in 2016 to the highest standards while still retaining lots of original charm and character. Set in Meeting Hill a Hamlet of the historical village of Worstead. Located just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads. It is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way.

Coach House

The Coach House is nestled behind our home, situated just a 10 minute walk across the fields to the beach. The converted property was lovingly restored only a few years ago and offers a real home from home experience. The property is well equipped and also has a wood burning stove, perfect for those chilly nights. There is a large courtyard area with seating and ideal for alfresco dining!
