Welcome to our beautiful farm from 1644! You are guaranteed to relax in this unique rural location. Located in the middle of the polder with unobstructed views, yet Middelburg and the beach are always close by. The boho-chic decor and characteristic atmosphere make this the perfect base for exploring beautiful Zeeland. The house has been completely renovated and equipped with modern luxury, while the authentic elements have been preserved. The house is directly adjacent to the large garden.

Newly built in 2021 holiday home in the beautiful village of Zoutelande! The beach, the dunes and the cozy village street are all within a 5-minute walking distance. Come and enjoy the sea, sand and sun and the beautiful surroundings. The small but nice apartment (25m2) has a separate bedroom with double bed (1.60 wide). A living area with fully equipped kitchen with combination microwave, refrigerator, kettle and dishwasher. Small bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating.

The suite features a kitchen, air conditioning and a luxurious bathroom with bath, walk-in shower and sauna. Relax on the sunny roof terrace after a day by the sea. Beach and boulevard are only 400 meters away. In July and August, we require a minimum stay of 5 nights for a relaxing stay by the sea. New, cozy, built with old materials vacation home (dimensions 8x4) with veranda, close to the coast/forest, in the heart of Walcheren. Between the meadows in Poppendamme, a hamlet 3 km from Grijpskerke and 5 km from Middelburg, Zoutelande 8 km from Domburg. (URL HIDDEN) Between grazing sheep, overlooking the fruit trees. Includes bedstead (with window) or sleeping accommodation in the loft. For 2 persons, more negotiable at additional cost. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink.

Would you like to go to Zoutelande with the two of you? Then this is an ideal place to stay. The studio was completed in 2021 and fully equipped. You are in a quiet part of Zoutelande, but still close to the center. The terraces of this pleasant Zeeland coastal town are a few minutes' walk away. The promenade and the beach are also a stone's throw away. When the sun is shining, you can sit back and relax in the chairs on the seating terrace. Enjoy!

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

In our big garden, there is a cute little house all to yourselves. From the garden, you can see the lighthouse. Pets aren't allowed. 2 lovely box spring beds, private shower, toilet, TV, WiFi, fridge, coffee/tea and microwave. Park your car for free at your accommodation or charge your bike at your cottage (bring your own charger) Enjoy a beach walk to Vlissingen, the beautiful bike paths or a day in historic Middelburg!

New luxury studio

Between Middelburg and Vlissingen is our newly built detached guest house, Studio Abeele. The location has a kitchen with bar table and sitting area, sanitary room with shower and a spacious sleeping loft. There is underfloor heating and floor cooling in the summer. You have access to a sunny terrace and lawn. Parking is available on the premises or for free in the street.
