This "solo safari tent" is located in a sheltered place in the meadows surrounded by knot willows. At the bottom of an unpaved walking dike with a pond next to it. The horses and sheep come every now and then to see what you are doing, but that will not disturb your privacy. Luxury "camping" with the convenience of (green) electricity, hot and cold water, outdoor shower, good mattresses, campfire, small but complete kitchenette. Our vacation home is located in the former horse stable and farm barn. We have renovated this house with a lot of love and passion for the old building from 1873 into a vacation home with the luxury and comfort of today. The vacation home and our own home are located on a 7600 m2 plot. Next to the vacation home, there is a space for the bicycles to be put inside with a charging point for e-bikes. The washing machine is also here. Our vacation home is rented including made-up beds and towels.

From August 2020, we opened the doors of this new vacation home. The house is very centrally located on the outskirts of Koudekerke. The house is in a unique location with its own garden and terrace. It is modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. The ground floor has a bathroom, luxury kitchen and cozy sitting area. The upper floor has 2 bedrooms, made beds, toilet and storage closet. The beach, Dishoek, Middelburg and Vlissingen are accessible by bicycle.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.

Apartment Annabel is located next to a cozy detached house in Dishoek. We live a five-minute bike ride from the beach and have a beautiful view of the Zeeland countryside. Around the apartment is a terrace where there is a place in the sun all day (it is all around). In addition, you also have a nice view of the cozy garden from the apartment.
