Newly renovated with three generous bedrooms, it is very cosy with central heating in the winter months and ceiling fans to keep you cool in summer. A sunny and fully fenced backyard, perfect for dining outside in the evening or enjoying a morning cup of coffee. Situated in pretty Cambridge, the centre of town is a very short stroll away. The Villa is a home away from home.

Nostalgic Rural Retreat, Close to everything, miles away from anyone. Panetapu House is located just 2 hours from Auckland Airport, and 45 minutes from both Hobbiton and Waitomo Caves. 1hr15 from Rotorua and 1hr20 from Taupo. Nearby is Sanctury Mountain-Maungatautari, Otorohanga Kiwi House, both just 25mins away. Or just relax, put a record on, enjoy the space, and unwind in the Hot tub.

You won’t forget the peaceful surroundings of this rustic destination. Spend a night in a real 'Hole in the Ground' in the middle of the Waikato. Situated between my grapes and the Feijoa orchard. Comes with a nice breakfast with homemade bread and bacon and eggs (own chickens) and homemade jams. Only suited for one or 2 persons (pets only at prior approval, service animals are ok).
