Accommodation was completely renovated in 2023/2024. The tiled stove has remained and is my personal highlight, the small but nice balcony with awning also invites you to linger. Being close to the project, staying flexible in time and locally or simply enjoying the vacation. We offer a beautiful duplex apartment. The minimum stay is 2 nights up to a maximum of 1 year. The apartment is fully equipped incl. Kitchen, WiFi, washing machine etc. We are about a 5 minute drive from the A9, between Ingolstadt and Munich and a 5 minute walk from the train station, to Munich main station the train journey takes 30 minutes. The train can't be heard from us.

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

The stay in this tiny house was really pleasant. The house is built entirely of wood, and as soon as I entered, I noticed the natural wood scent – very pleasant. It is comfortably furnished, you quickly feel comfortable, and everything is thoughtfully designed. I particularly liked the fact that attention was paid to pollutant-free and healthy materials – this creates a good sense of space. Although it is a tiny house, there was surprisingly a lot of space. There are plenty of storage options and storage space, which made the stay very comfortable. Overall, it was a nice stay that I would love to repeat. Thank you for this great place to stay!
