For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. This comfortable apartment in the center of Wagrain offers everything for a relaxing holiday. Restaurants, bars, a supermarket, a bakery and more are all in the immediate vicinity. Parking is free in the building's car park. The nearest ski lift (Gravenberg) is only 500m away and can be reached on foot or by the ski bus, which stops right outside. All guests receive the Salzburger Sport Welt card, and with it free access to Wagrain Wasserwelt, among other things

Apartment "Hoamatgfühl"

Our apartment is built in 2016 and we loved it to design the rooms, the equipment and the decoration. It´s based on the ground floor of our house and has an seperate entrance, an extra room for skies/hiking shoes, an extra entrance and a directly conecting to the terasse and the garden. The appartement is fully equipped and the overview to the beautiful mountains around you can enjoy sitting on the couch :) Just try and test the "homy" feeling in our house...

Apartment mit 2 getrennten Schlafzimmern, Erdgeschoss, mit einer kleinen Terrasse und eigenem Eingang von draußen. Da es für Airbnb system-technisch nicht möglich ist, folgende lokale GEBÜHREN nach dem Alter der Gäste aufzuteilen, müssen wir vor Ort EXTRA erheben:  für jeden Gast ab dem 15. Lebensjahr pro Nacht: a) Ortstaxe - 3,90 EUR b) Mobilitätsabgabe - 0,50 EUR Keine Haustiere erlaubt. Bettwäsche, Hand- und Duschtücher (1 Set/Person) sind inkludiert.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
