The apartment consists of a living space with kitchen and shower room connected to a bedroom. The bedroom has limited head space of just under 2 metres. There is independent access from the rear of the building and no shared space. Access is via a staircase at the right hand side of the house. No food is supplied, but teabags and instant coffee is. Entry is via a keysafe for which a code will be supplied when booking iOS confirmed.

A private garden area is enclosed by wooden fencing, featuring well-maintained grass and a patio space. Large glass doors from the house provide access to the garden, which is bathed in natural light under a partly cloudy sky.
