Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Wadmalaw Island

I wished I could have stayed longer. I did not want to leave. Beautiful home in a peaceful location. Spent a lot of time upstairs outside on the screened porch enjoying the view of the salt marsh. The home was immaculate, tastefully decorated., and well maintained.

We had a great stay at Michelle's Airbnb. Michael was very helpful with whatever we needed in our 3+ week stay. Thanks for a comfortable and clean place to stay!

Do not pass on this beautiful home! Taylor's place is better than the listing reflects! The house is spotless and reflects attention to detail. It's an easy drive to downtown Charleston, restaurants, and Cypress Gardens. The neighborhood is quiet, and the back porch was perfect for breakfast and after-dinner chats. The fire pit was relaxing and easy to use; just watch the video provided! Thank you, Taylor, for being a fantastic host! We will stay here again!

Joe & Claire were great hosts, very personable. Stayed 5 nites in late April/early May. Beautiful location: decks on all levels/sides, sweeping views of marsh in back, high up views of ocean across street in front. Many perfect spots to sit depending on sun & wind. Great views of sunrise & sunset, lighthouse, etc. Furnishings comfortably accommodated gatherings for our family of 5 adults, tastefully decorated too. Kitchen well equipped, beach chairs/towels provided. Besides food/drink/personal items, can’t think of anything we wanted that wasn’t already there. We experienced one significant house utility issue that disrupted our stay, outside anyone’s control. Joe had it repaired and equitably resolved the impact to us. Location next best thing to beachfront, beach access just 100yd down road. Peacefully removed from busy central Folly Beach town area and just 5min ride to many casual restaurant/entertainment options there. Also easy 30min trip to Charleston for exploring and dinner.

We stayed here for our wedding weekend because our venue was right down the road, and it was the best decision we could have made. Denise and Tanya are excellent hosts and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The house itself is immaculate, clean, and comfortable. All the creature comforts are in place and of great quality. The property is also amazing. Perfectly serene and beautiful. There’s horses you can feed and a pond to fish in. Don’t hesitate to book this place if you’re needing a spot on Johns Island.

The place superseded my expectations. My family absolutely loved it. we have officially claimed it as our home away from home. A lot of effort has been put in this home to assure a very enjoyable stay for their guest. We appreciate you guys!!

We have stayed all over the Charleston area. This property has the best fully fenced yard we have found so far. Just the right size--not so huge as to be daunting but perfectly sized for your dog to have plenty of room to run around and enjoy it. And it helps that the home itself is very nicely updated. In fact, it was so clean and inviting upon our arrival that it almost looked new. Communication was fast and helpful. We hope to stay again.

Very nice home, and clean!! Fenced in back yard was a bonus to walk around with my dog. Perfect location for when I visit my son, and family. Plus Sharee was quick to respond to all my questions. I felt she truly cared that everything would be perfect for my visit. I will book this home again, when I visit family, if it’s available 😊

Highly recommend! Great location with restaurants around it, walkable and only a 10min drive to downtown Charleston. The only thing to keep in mind is you will be in the college part of the city so it can be a little noisy at night. Would stay again!

Very nice host! Recommend for a quick getaway

We loved our stay at Tim’s place! It had the charm of the historic homes in Charleston while being modern. It had a comfy homey feel. It was walking distance to king street, the battery, etc. while still being quiet and private! Also centrally located by car to mount pleasant, shem creek, Sullivans island, folly beach and more! It had an off street parking space with an ev charger. Tim had nice little touches, including some snacks, coffee, and complimentary bottle of wine that we enjoyed on the front patio by the fountain! We will definitely be staying again when we head back to Charleston!

Can’t say enough great things about this apartment. It was exactly as described, and it was so clean. The location was wonderful. The views were spectacular and that sunrise in the morning was incredible. There was a great little coffee shop/sandwich shop on one side of us and Dockside seafood restaurant on the other side of us. We will definitely be returning guests.

We LOVED Ashley’s place! Perfect for a girls weekend away with so much to do just outside the place! Walkable to everything including amazing restaurants, shopping, and rooftop bars! Would definitely stay here again next time we come to Charleston ☺️

Exactly as pictured. Great, walkable location. Florian was an excellent host - very responsive, flexible with our check-in and was even extra accommodating when our travel plans changed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. if you don’t mind a 15 minute walk it’s in a great place close to downtown. We felt safe and would recommend to anyone!

David was a great host! He was very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The pictures on the listing match exactly what I got during my stay. Couldn’t have asked for a better vacation in a new city!

Summer’s house has everything you need to have a great time in Hilton Head. The beach toys and golf cart are a huge bonus to the house with an awesome view of the golf course every morning.

We are so thankful for the family Time we had at Sea La Vie! The place was perfect for 2 adults and 2 younger kids in the bunk room- great place to retreat too after a long day at the beach and pool and exploring the island! We stayed several days and were sad to leave. The hosts were super responsive and helpful and we were so excited to walk into bagels and cinnamon rolls, a stocked fridge, mimosas & wine!! Special fruits and snacks for kiddos on the counter and a beautiful clean space! What else could you ask for! I would book any of their properties again :) thanks boys!

This condo was absolutely beautiful! The location was peaceful with a great view and right by a beach boardwalk. The inside looked to have been recently updated and it was done with exquisite taste. The kitchen was gorgeous and the bathrooms had a spa-like feel. It was decorated beautifully and tastefully. I appreciated that it had everything needed, but was clutter-free!

An excellent location with a great view of the lagoon, this condo was the perfect place to unwind with a week of Spring Break biking and beach walks. Comfy furniture both inside and out and a well-appointed kitchen made for an easy rainy Sunday as well as a few lazy evenings in. Night Heron Park and the beach are only minutes away by bike or on foot, making the Park Villas a convenient location for couples and families alike. We'd stay at this condo again.

This was a perfect spot for my family! We were right down the street from our grandparents house on the island. It was clean, comfortable and just as it was described. The location is beautiful with the most gorgeous view of the sunrise. We will definitely be staying here again should we need another place in the future.

Celebrating our birthdays on this girls' trip, the privacy of our own rooms and bathrooms was perfect for the three of us. The superb location was close to the beach yet secluded, and the pool was just a short walk away. We had all the amenities we needed, enhancing our comfort. We absolutely loved our stay at Vicki’s villa on Seabrook. The location is perfect, private and peaceful, nestled in the Live Oaks with beautiful views from each of the FOUR outdoor areas. It is an easy walk to the beach and the club, which has a great pool and lounge area on an embankment overlooking the ocean. We love to cook, and the kitchen is fabulous, well appointed with all the equipment you need to make meals. Vicki and the management were also incredible with communication. We couldn’t have asked for a better week. We highly recommend Vicki’s villa—you will experience a peaceful escape and right at home.
