This 3 bdrm/2 bath villa has a wonderful updated chef's kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms on the raised 1st floor of the Villa with Queen beds. The 1st bedroom has a walkout deck with chaise lounges. Both bathrooms have new vanities, tiled and one has shower & the other a tub, with a tile surround. The 3rd bdrm is a loft room upstairs, with two Full beds. There is a walkout deck off the loft area with views of the marsh. The main living room has an electric fireplace and 76 inch TV (Prof. Pics soon)
