Monthly Rentals in Waconia

Jennifer’s place was a good spot for extra family members to stay during my son’s graduation weekend. The house is historic but recently renovated….everything is super clean and very cute. Did I mention it was clean?? So clean! Only note is that the upstairs bathroom is not accessible to the mail hall area (I was under the impression that the bathroom had two access points — one from the hall area and one from the bedroom. It was only accessible from the bedroom.) Also both bathrooms are very small. But it was still a great spot for two couples and a single adult for a weekend.

Jons place was perfect for our girls night with my 85 y/o mom. He accommodated our request for early Che k in so my mom could take a nap before headed out to Chanhassen Dinner Theatre. We definitely would like to go back again to stay at Jon’s place!

We enjoyed our stay at Alecia's place. It was very comfortable and clean. It was just as described in the listing. It was located on a busy street, but it wasn't an issue in the evening, as the traffic wasn't busy at that time. We especially enjoyed the Nepresso coffee machine. It was a real treat! The kitchen was very well stocked compared to most Air B&Bs we stayed in. We didn't make any meals on this trip, but we could have. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

This place was a small, cozy spot for a quick one night stay my husband and I had to stay while passing through and it was absolutely perfect! had the lower part of the house to ourselves, everything was extremely accommodating. Close to lots of places to do. HIGHLY recommend Canterbury Park and Cannon River Winery.
