Your surroundings: Just a few kilometers from the Dutch border lies Nettetal with the district Hinsbeck. Hinsbeck and the neighboring Leuth form a state-recognized resort from Nettetal. It is the heart of the Maas-Schwalm-Nette International Nature Park. It offers a typical Lower Rhine landscape with 12 lakes, 70 km of cycling and 145 km of hiking trails. The landscape-typical, original flora and fauna can be admired in lovingly maintained natural protection facilities. Supermarket and bakery in walking distance. The highway 61 can be reached in about 8 km. Kaldenkirchen train station 7 is about km away. From there you can get directly via the Dutch border to Venlo and also in the other direction directly to Düsseldorf. Your home: The first floor of our detached house is your personal oasis of well-being for the duration of your stay. Since the summer of 2001 we have been happy to welcome our guests, who include everyone from the family with children to nature lovers to the assembly worker, who moves to Nettetal and the surrounding area. Our apartment offers about 60 m² of space for up to 4 people in 2 separate double rooms. The apartment is about 75 m² in size, was renovated in 2016, and is bright and welcoming. The open-plan kitchen has an oven, ceramic stovetop, fridge and freezer, and a dishwasher. There is also a conservatory and a roof terrace. The apartment has good transport connections to Düsseldorf, the exhibition center, and Düsseldorf Airport (A 44, A 52, A 57, A 61). Two restaurants are within walking distance. A supermarket is 2 km away. Very good cycling paths right from the front door along the Niers.

The accommodation is not only an ideal starting point for vacationers to explore the left bank of the Lower Rhine, but also for guests of celebrations and events as well as trade fair visitors and business travelers. Pretty small towns, historic manor houses, nearby farm cafes and nature parks invite you to cycle and hike without borders.

Vor der Türe gibt es viele Parkmöglichkeiten. Hüls ist eine wunderschöne Stadt, mit Restaurants und einer Bar in 300 Metern und einer Bäckerei in 20 Metern entfernt.

On the balcony, with chairs and a small table, you can relax in the evening while enjoying the sunset. The apartment is dog-friendly, with which you can go for a good walk in the fields. It has two single beds, a double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. You can watch TV or play darts.

Our 58 m² holiday apartment is located in the annex of a historic farmhouse dating back to 1787. The building is situated in Geldern between Hartefeld and Vernum, surrounded by meadows and fields, almost in a secluded location. A parking space for your car is directly in front of the house. You reach the apartment via a steel staircase with a separate entrance and a wooden terrace, which invites you to have breakfast and relax in the sun.
