Gennachblick

Relax in our cozy apartment Gennachblick with space for 2 people. Idyllic location on the outskirts. Just a 15-minute walk to the train station with connections to Augsburg, Kaufering and Munich. The A96 motorway and the B12 motorway can be reached in 3 minutes. In just 15 minutes you are in the Therme Bad Wörishofen. Perfect for cyclists are the beautiful cycle paths in the region. Discover the proximity of the Alps and enjoy the rural surroundings. Mechanics would love to see you.

Cozy tiny house with a patio

This amazing place to stay is anything but ordinary. Wood dominates, larch on the outside, spruce on the inside, built with a lot of love according to our own plans. 2 people will find everything they need for a break in a small space. Nevertheless, everything you need is there: a kitchen with induction hob and oven, large refrigerator, coffee machine... The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. Of course there is hot water and heating! A few steps lead up to the 1.60 m wide bed.

The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

Dear guests, welcome to our rustic vacation home in Riederau am Ammersee with huge property and direct lake access. NEW from November 2022: We offer you from November 2022 a private garden sauna with wood stove and panoramic windows with magnificent views of the Ammersee. Please note: Should you wish to use the garden sauna there is an additional sauna fee, the amount of which depends on the length of your stay. You will find more information below.

Sustainable eco-wooden house with garden in the Allgäu

We offer a very special wooden house with barrel sauna right at the gateway to the Allgäu. Centrally located to take numerous excursions or simply spend a few nice days in a sustainably built and furnished house. Here, no wishes remain unfulfilled! Top equipped Bulthaup kitchen, large solid oak wood table in the center. On the terrace, a charcoal grill is waiting to be fired up and in the large garden, a trampoline and fireplace make hearts beat faster.

Double room 75 sqm between Augsburg and Munich

Our house is located on the quiet outskirts of Wiedergeltingen. Munich, Neuschwanstein, Augsburg, Legoland Günzburg, or the Allgäu mountains are 50 minutes away by car. Or would you rather go to the Kaltenberg Knight's Games? You can get there in 30 minutes. The Skyline Park and the spa in Bad Wörishofen are 10 minutes away. Explore our beautiful Unterallgäu on hikes or a bike tour. You can park your car in front of the house on our property for free.

Architectural house: climate-friendly with Zugspitze view

Our vacation home is a spacious, light-flooded, detached architectural house with a large roof terrace and a purist garden on a hillside. The roof terrace offers a magnificent panoramic view of the Alps and the Zugspitze. Our house offers you a fully equipped open-space kitchen. For relaxation, an infrared steam cabin and a hot tub are available for free use. The house is climate-friendly with PV system, battery storage and air heat pump.

Living cube in the garden (heated)

A special, romantic place to stay! It still smells of fresh wood, which the cube consists of inside and out. From the round window you have a wonderful view into the garden of a historic, former schoolhouse, whose house-in-house loft apartment is also rented via Airbnb (see separate Airbnb listing). On the wood and stone terrace in front of the cube, you can relax wonderfully and have breakfast with birdsong in the morning sun. Lovely!

Our idyllic home impresses with its bright conservatory, which is a real highlight in all seasons. Here you can relax, enjoy nature or end the day comfortably. In just a few minutes you can reach Lake Ammersee, the Alps, Munich and the historic city of Landsberg am Lech. Two bicycles and free parking are at your disposal – ideal for exploring Bavaria on your own and enjoying absolute peace and quiet at the same time.
