Our cottage

Our chalet is a place for anyone who enjoys recharging their batteries in nature – whether as a couple or in the peaceful company of friends and family. You'll find it in an oak-pine forest near Borovany in South Bohemia, in beautiful natural surroundings not far from the Novohradské Mountains. Although it may not seem like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There is no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time really together.

Villa Dvorečná

Have fun with the whole family or a group of friends at this stylish place. The building offers comfortable accommodation for up to 17 people. Villa Dvorečná is located on the outskirts of the village of Dvorečná, about five minutes by car from the ski slope in Lipno nad Vltavou. The building is three-storey with two terraces, a grill, a fireplace, a covered outdoor pool with a counter-current and an indoor wellness with a sauna and a hot tub. We rent the whole building. If you are traveling with small children, it is possible to rent a crib, high chair or bathtub.

Romantic cottage in seclusion

A romantic summer on the farm Romantic accommodation in a secluded location in nature, just a few minutes from the town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The mini house is near a small family farm, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surrounding area is ideal for mushroom picking, cycling, and hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here you can visit Rožmberk Castle or go rafting on the Vltava River in the summer months.

Great for outdoor and nature lovers, not for people looking for restaurants or night life. Libuše is a small studio with a double bed. It accommodates 1 additional guest on the sofa bed. Welcome to this spacious and serene accommodation. The cottage is located in a garden full of flowers, trees, strawberries, hydrangeas, butterflies and songbirds. You will share the garden with us. We love animals, nature and the dog Pátek, who lives with us. LIPAA is 3 minutes from the bus station. You can run down the hill to the center in less than 10 minutes. Parking is included, city tax 50 CZK/person/day.

Medieval tower built in 1505 as a city fortification. Very unique experience, only few of them in the world used as accommodation. The tower was totaly renovated in summer 2016 with 21st century standards, and it's standing just 200 meters from the Cesky Krumlov castle.
