One is in the attic with lower ceiling. A spacious terrace belongs to the apartment. It is situated in the neighbourhood with some other built houses in similar style within walking distance to the centre. Mumlava waterfall is only 10mins forrest walk. 007 building (gym and squash centre) is being renovated from 07/2025 to 03/2026.

Ski resorts can be found right in the village or in the vicinity. Popular large resorts Harrachov (15 km) and Rokytnice nad Jizerou (6 km).
