Vacation rentals with a patio in Vyronas

Excellent séjour dans ce très bel appartement. Nous avons apprécié la qualité (et la propreté !) des lieux et la vue magnifique sur le Parthénon. La communication avec Maria était très fluide et claire. Bref, on recommande chaudement ce lieu pour visiter Athènes !

Great accommodation! Everything was very clean, the layout of the rooms was well thought out, and the bathroom was newly renovated. The balcony was perfect for sunbathing. The host was extremely helpful, responded quickly, and took the time to answer all our questions. She really went out of her way to make sure we had an all-around great stay. Highly recommended!

Nikolaos’s place was lovely. It’s located in a quiet local neighborhood in the city, however everything was walkable. It was comfortable, clean and felt like home. It really added to my experience in Greece as a first time visitor. Everything was provided and the neighborhood felt very safe for a solo traveling woman. I also requested a driver to pick me up from the airport and drop me off on my last day. It was very simple and they were very responsive. The driver was such a delight and gave me a wonderful introduction to Greece from a local experience.

I had a wonderful stay for four days. The apartment was just a two-minute walk from the metro and located in a nice, safe neighborhood. It was very clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Liroy was very attentive—his local tips and the information he provided about the apartment were extremely helpful. They had thought of everything, and I had a smooth, hassle-free stay. Thank you!

Upon entering the apartment, we were immediately struck by its exceptional spaciousness, cleanliness, and inviting atmosphere, which collectively created a sense of being a home away from home. The apartment's interior showcased meticulous attention to detail, evident in the carefully selected furnishings and extensive array of cutlery, which exceeded our expectations. The apartment was well-equipped with modern amenities, including a washing machine and dryer, accompanied by the necessary detergent. Each room boasted a contemporary aesthetic and generous proportions. Our host provided exceptional assistance during the check-in process, offering valuable insights into the surrounding area and recommending local attractions. The apartment's location was highly desirable, situated within a short walking distance of the Olympic stadium, national botanical gardens, and Plaka, the oldest district, and the Acropolis. Ο χώρος διαμονής εξαιρετικός, καθαρός και άνετος, όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες. Δίπλα σε στάση μετρό (Μέγαρο Μουσικής), αλλά και σε στάση λεωφορείου για αεροδρόμιο, εφόσον χρειαστεί. Η επικοινωνία με την ιδιοκτήτρια επίσης πολύ καλή και άμεση. Γενικά μία πολύ θετική εμπειρία, το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα ως επιλογή για διαμονή ενός ή δύο ατόμων.

Sotiris’ place was great. Super clean and had all the amenities to make it feel like a home while travelling. Even the little touches were really appreciated. Only a short walk to Psirri. Thanks Sotiris for accommodating us and would recommend this place to anyone.

Arrived in evening & found entrance was at far end of road which was uphill. Taxis were on strike day we arrived after a 45 minute walk 😢. We should’ve caught the Metro. Keyless entry system worked fine. Wi-Fi worked well. Tried local restaurant the 1st evening, recommended & cheap. Apartment had all amenities except a microwave which we didn’t need. Spotlessly clean & & photos are accurate. Nice complimentary bottle of wine & water on arrival. Jacuzzi on patio was lovely. Text communication with Panagiotis was excellent & he messaged several times to ensure we were OK. Used local metro at bottom of hill which is great to get into central Athens & only €1.20 a journey. Uber is about €7. Breakfast in morning on back patio is lovely as sun rises with distant view of Acropolis. Nice to sit on front balcony at end of day watching sun set. Panagiotis was so helpful with any text communication. Would highly recommend.

Loved everything about our stay in this home. It was perfect for our family. I especially enjoyed the decor and lighting.

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα και μέσα το διαμέρισμα και έξω ο περιβάλλων χώρος. Πολύ όμορφος κήπος, πολύ περιποιημένος. Φιλικός και άμεσος ο οικοδεσπότης, ήταν εκεί για ό,τι χρειαστήκαμε με καλοπροαίρετη διάθεση. Όλοι όσοι προσφέρουν υπηρεσίες στο κατάλυμα ήταν εξυπηρετικοί. Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ βολική για οποιαδήποτε δραστηριότητα, εύκολη πρόσβαση παντού, στο κέντρο της Αθήνας, σε μουσεία, πολιτιστικούς χώρους, χώρους ψυχαγωγίας, εστιατόρια Συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα το κατάλυμα του Μάριου. Θα το προτιμήσω ξανά.

המקום שימש אותנו ללינת לילה קצרה, לצורך טיסת קונקשן. המארח אסף אותנו בלילה והחזיר אותנו לשדה התעופה בשעת בוקר מוקדמת, תמורה תשלום הוגן. היחידה נמצאת קרוב לשדה, כך שכל אלה היו יתרונות בולטים עבורנו. המקום נקי ומסודר, ותואם למה שהוצג בתמונות.

Katerina’s place was very close to the park area near the acropolis as well as a few cafes slightly out of the crowded part of town. She was very responsive and was even able to let us check in early, which was a huge help. The slight problem with Wi-fi was far outweighed by her customer service. I would certainly stay with her again!

Клара беше мила и приветлива. Изчака ни търпеливо, въпреки че ние малко закъсняхме. Беше ни подготвила малка почерпка за добре дошли. Къщата имаше всичко необходимо за спокоен престой. Квартала беше тих и спокоен, но много комуникативен с автобуси, трамваи и метро. Беше лесно и бързо да се придвижим до центъра, основни атракции и плажовете. В близост имаше магазинчета, супермаркети и ресторанти, така че нищо не ни липсваше.

Thank you Ioannis, this was my first visit to Athens and I had everything I could wish for. A small flat which was a great place to be alone in, and a base for excursions. And it was cool in style and temperature!

Si estás por reservar, no lo dudes más, reserva y quedate en este apartamento, la ubicación es excelente, la vista de ensueño, lastima que vas a querer quedarte mucho tiempo en el apartamento y no vas a querer salir a pasear por las calles de Atenas. Sin duda no exagero la vista de día es hermosa, pero de noche vas a sorprender. Si estás por tomar la decisión no dudes más y reserva con John. Sino lo haces te vas arrepentir, haceme caso, reserva ya y disfruta de una vista única.

Very responsive and friendly host who went above and beyond to help us find things to do before we arrived. Even helped arrange transport to the room. Highly recommend. There is a park behind the room where you can walk to historical sites and see the Acropolis with beautiful views.

Wir waren für vier Nächte bei Ioannis. Das Appartement ist, fanden wir, noch größer als auf den Bildern. Alles sehr sauber und der Ausblick über die Dächer Neos Kosmos‘ und natürlich die Akropolis war einfach wunderschön! Es sind 2min zur Metro von dort ist man super schnell bei den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Man findet Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Tavernen etc. alles in Fußnähe. Es macht sehr viel Spaß auch unterschiedliche Stadtteile zu erkunden zum dem krönenden Abschluss dann abends glücklich noch auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Ioannis war super nett, hat uns hilfreiche Tips gegeben und immer super schnell geantwortet. Ich kann ihn als Gastgeber und sein Appartement wärmstens empfehlen!

Rock Garden has everything you need for a perfect stay. The place is clean, cozy, and well-equipped with all the essential amenities. We especially loved the private garden, it’s a peaceful and lovely spot to relax. The location is fantastic, with easy access to public transportation. There’s a wide range of buses to all the major attractions, usually within 20 minutes, and the metro is just a short walk away. You'll also find plenty of places to eat and drink nearby, including a 24/7 Everest coffee shop and a supermarket just around the corner. Communication was fantastic, quick, clear, and efficient. Thank you for a great stay! We highly recommend Rock Garden for a comfortable and convenient visit.

I can highly recommend to stay here. The bed was super comfy and it was quiet at night. By foot you could reach the tram and also walk to the center of Athens within 10-15 min. Everything was perfect. Thanks!

Super schöne Wohnung, schöner Ausblick. Perfekt für uns mit Hund, wir konnten uns die Stadt anschauen und sie konnte die Kühle Wohnung genießen. Einkaufs Möglichkeiten 500m. Sonnige Grüße
